History: Born on the planet New Vegeta, however due to the fact that she had abnormally low levels of aggressiveness, Libbier was forsakened by her biological parents and sent to Earth at birth. There she was found and raised by a loving middle aged couple, despite the fact that she was not being human. Libbier lived a peaceful life, being cared and raised as a normal human for 6 years. Unfortunately, despite many warnings from her parent, she one day gazed upon the full moon. Nothing was ever the same. The destruction caused by a rampaging giant ape that night, lead the authorities to come for Libbier. Her parents, fearing for their daughter's life, escaped with her, turning to the dark side of society for safety. However, they began to fear that eventually their luck would run out, and they would either get caught or be unable to escape another rampaging monster. Maybe as a sign from fate, they were approached by an old martial artist, whose desire was to raise one final disciple that would carry on his art. Unaware of what was going on, Libbier could only cry as she was taken away by a complete stranger, while her parents did little less than cry as they listened to her pleads for forgiveness. It was not easy for Libbier at first, but steadily, she began to learn things she never thought would have interested her. Saiyan blood coursed thru her veins indeed as she was able to quickly adapt to the harsh training the old man threw at her. As she learned new things, old ones also began to make sense. Her unnatural tail, what it meant, and the disaster that that simple glimpse at the shining moon caused in her life. At the age of 18, Libbier had finally learned everything that the old man could teach her, but it was not enough. She could feel it, inside of her, the ever growing power that was ever so hard to contain. She needed to become stronger, and so she left, eager to explore the world and hone that which she had inherited thru blood and lesson. Comic to help those with a severe TL:DR problem, and just because Aura Color: White Martial Arts Style: Haokiru Custom Skill: Vantage Aura [CONSTANT SKILL] Description: Pressing the advantage when things go your way, and gritting your teeth while persisting when they don't, is something Libbier always believed in. As such she covers herself with her aura, creating a white layer around her body that feeds off her opponent's energy. Effect: CONSTANT - Whenever your attack roll is 20 or higher, that attack does +(10% Power). Whenever your defense roll is 10 or lower, you take - 5% Damage from that attack. Orange Battle Garment Bottom (Speedo) Custom Description: Black and Orange leggings attached to a white speedo. Gives good freedom of movements. [LOWER BODY] Effect: +5% Power. +5% Dexterity. Force Shield (Shield) [ACCESSORY] Description: Small metal bracelet worn on the arm. Using force field technology, this small and practical accessory, is capable of ablating most kinds of weaponry damage. Effect: 10% HP. All attacks requiring a weapon do 5% less damage to you. This effect cannot be stacked higher than 40% damage resistance. This item may be equipped in a weapon slot to gain its weapon stats instead. Weapon Stats: Damage: (10 % power) Damage per hit Rate of Attack: 1 (Your attack roll is 1d30 with this Weapon) Orange Bandana Inventory Slots: 1 Description: A thin strip of orange cloth used to tie up long hair into a pony tail. When one wears this item with confidence, they appear to withstand anything. [ACCESSORY] Effect: +10% HP. Combat Tonfas(Cestus) Inventory Slots: 1 Custom Description: Simple contraption that allows the user to battle at close range more effectively. Its straight shape allows for more accurate punches as the battle progresses. Effect: Weapon - Blunt. This counts as a Punch-type attack for all effects and purposes. SUCCESSFUL - Your next Punch-type attack does +(5% Power) Damage. Weapon Stats: Damage: (8% Power) Damage per hit. Rate of Attack: 2 (Your attack roll is 2d30) Inventory [4/4 Slots][3330 Zenni] Space Spod Inventory Slots: 2 Description: A small, round pod capable of inter-galactic travel. The pod, though only 5' in diameter, houses enough room for one occupant that is kept in suspended animation to reduce necessary resources to keep them alive. The computer systems handle navigation automatically though in the event of an emergency it will jolt the occupant awake and allow manual override for evasive manuevers. Effect: Allows inter-galactic travel. Max Capacity: 1 Person(s) Weapon Slots:0 Defense Slots:2 Support Systems: [Pod style craft cannot be modified] -- Suspended Animation (Cannot Train/Spar/Battle or do quests while traveling) Travel Time: 2 days. FlightStick Inventory Slots: 1 Description: A popular toy on Earth for a short year until it was banned due to a lot of mischief, injuries, and near deaths from falling off. The device looks like a skate board, or rather the much safer and still perfectly legal hover board. The big difference is the engine on the back. This one has been rigged to go a little faster than your average old FlightStick. Actually a lot faster since it relies on your own ki to keep it going. The light trail it leaves does match your aura color though. Effect: You're bukujutsu is considered one level higher for all purposes. Red Rifle Inventory Slots: 1 Description: A long and sleek, jet black sniper rifle with a matte finish to it. While ironically not being red itself, it’s been a battle changer for the Red Ribbon army since it’s early years of reforming. Since Red Ribbon almost entirely relies on guerilla warfare, the Rifle has served as a game changer in ambushes. It does not however, make for a particularly useful weapon in combat. Effect: Weapon - Firearm. Requires Heavy Rounds Ammunition. Once every other week when you are challenging a target, roll a 1d30. If the roll is 15 or more, the opponent takes damage from the weapon. The weapon will be considered needing reloading for further use. Reloading takes up a turn and requires an additional round. The crit range for the gun before combat is 28 and higher. When you stop an attack with a defensive roll of 20 or higher your next attack that requires a blunt weapon gains +3 to the results. This effect cannot stack. When you would STUN or BREAK with an attack requiring a blunt weapon gain 1 Ki Point. Training Days: 5 Skills [4/4 Slots] Protector of the Peace [FREESTYLE, LATENT SKILL] Description: Your experience with saving people has given you a knack for knowing where there’s trouble. Effect: When rolling Interference to aid a Challenged Player, you roll 3d100 rather than 1d100 and start with +1 Ki Points. This skill does not take up a skill slot. Training Days: 3 Tornado Uppercut [HAOKIRU, PHYSICAL, PUNCH] Description: Surrounding their fist in a cyclone of energy, a vicious uppercut is sent right into the opponent's chin. Effect: Physical attack doing (25% Power) Damage. Triple any damage modifiers made to this attack. You cannot exceed +(30% Power) Damage with this effect. SUCCESSFUL - You may pay 1 KI Point. If you do, the next Advanced Attack, Mastery, or Skill you use that requires you to lose HP to gain an effect, you do not have to lose HP to gain the effect. Requirements: N/A Training Days: 2 Monkey Sweep [FREESTYLE, PHYSICAL, WEAPON] Description: With a polearm type instrument, the opponent's legs are swiftly and fiercely swept from underneath them to set them up for a more devastating attack. Effect: Physical attack doing (30% Power) Damage. If your opponent has a BREAK or SEVER effect on them, this attack cannot be BLOCKED. SUCCESSFUL - You may activate “Monkey Maneuvers”. Requirements: Blunt Weapon Training Days: 2 Straining Knockback [FREESTYLE, PHYSICAL, ENERGY, PUNCH] Description: Forcing their ki into their fingertips, the attacker thrusts outwards and hits the opponent with just the very tips of their digits. The energy focused in one spot is extremely effective at sending the opponent flying, though it creates a strain on the person performing technique. Effect: Physical attack doing (35% Power) Damage. You may lose (10% Current HP) HP when you perform this attack. If you do, your opponent's Advanced Attacks cost +1 KI Point until they perform a SUCCESSFUL single dice attack. Costs 2 KI Points. Requirements: N/A Training Days: 3 Blocks [1/2 Slots] Halting Stance [HAOKIRU, BLOCK] Description: Planting their feet into the ground and throwing their palms out quickly, the user intercepts an opponent's attack. Effect: RESTRICTEDx1. Block. Stop a physical attack. The first time you use this Block, if you have lost KI Points due to your opponent's effects within the last 10 turns, this Block gains RESTRICTED+1. Costs X-2 KI Points. Requirements: N/A Training Days : 2 Underdog Evasion [FREESTYLE, BLOCK] Description: Evading the more powerful opponent's attack, the user proves that power often makes people slower. Effect: RESTRICTEDx1. Stop a physical or an energy attack. If your opponent's Level is 2 or more above your Level, this Block can Block Advanced Attacks that cannot be STOPPED or BLOCKED. If your opponent's Level is 3 or more above your Level, STOP the next attack performed against you. Costs X KI Points. Life is precious, and that is a lesson that, when learned, can prove a determining factor in how much power you place into your attacks. Effect: When your HP drops below 0 for the first time in combat, gain (10% Total HP) HP. Whenever you gain HP from a Haokiru effect, your next attack does +(5% Power) Damage.
