Although we are a based on Dragon Ball keep in mind that we use it for the elements the show brought to us. We are not using ANY canon characters, only the world in which the show was built on. We are mostly a free form RPG with some stats to help track character growth. However, for the most part, your stats only matter in important fights or large events ran by a GM/DM.

We don't have any specific guidelines on what can or cannot be written about. So long as the Zetaboards ToS isn't violated. If a topic gets mature, keep it reasonable and do your best not to violate the host ToS. We don't like to limit you to what you want to write about and will trust your judgement not to make any posts in the extreme.

We are set in Future Trunks' timeline so the world is in ruin. Which would classify it as post-apoc. It's always been the best-styled setting to build a new world on top of. We have built this site to be based around the actions of the players. You will help build the world you're playing in. Every action within major events will influence how the world structures itself.

We have no word count, no canon face claims, no post formatting and no drama. We want you to come here and have fun. Nails [1:4] technique
Description: Cassi forms her mental energy into material form. The form it takes is ten inch iron spikes. The spikes last for ten rounds once formed. These spikes forged from her mind can be either hurled or guided towards a target. If guided they can only be held for one round per level. If the spikes hit their target they will act like actual nails embedded in a person's body. They can be removed by whatever means the victem chooses.
Notes: At level one deals 50% will power damage. At level 2 deals 75% will power damage. At level 3 deals 100% will power damage. At level 4 deals 125% will power damage.
Requirements: {40 will power, Telekinese} 10% PL cost



Psy-Clone [1:10] Technique
Cassi draws on a blend of her spirit energy and her psychic powers to form copies of herself. At early levels these closes weaken Cassi by splitting her power between them once mastered the clones and Cassi remain at full power. The clones are able to act independently of Cassi or she can take full to give them specific tasks. Cassi must focus on the clone she is controlling leaving her open to attack. If the clones merge with her she immediatly regains the missing strength. If the clone is destroyed it takes time for the strength to return. At level one Cassi is able to make one clone and her PL is split in half between her and her clone. At level three she can create two clones these clones split her PL into thirds. At level five Cassi is still only able to make two clones the clones each have one third her PL but she retains 50%. At level seven the clones and Cassi each have 50% of her total Pl. At level nine Cassi retains 100% PL while the clones only have 50% of her PL. At level ten the clones and Cassi have 100% of her pl. This costs as a base cost 15% of her PL.

Alpha waves [1:4] technique
The user applies a form of hypnosis on the target. This form of hypnosis increases the physical strength of the target. The amplification can only be targeted to one person at a time and requires intense focus on the part of the user. The users eyes glow with the light of their inner energy and they must point at the target keeping focused on them at all times. They may take no other action while channeling at the target and the target must remain in sight at all times. If the line of sight is broken the effect ends. At level 1 the target gets a strength buff equal to 5% of the users willpower. At level 2 the buff is 10% at level three it is 15%. Finally at level four it is a buff of 20%. The user expends 5% of their pl each post they are channeling. The user can channel this upon themselves but must remain still and take no action or disrupt the effect.

Theta Waves [1:4] Technique
The user draws on deep brain waves to effect a positive effect on the target. The user is able to heal a target by laying hands on them and focusing their energy into them. To heal a person requires both time and focus. To heal them requires skin to skin contact in whatever form the user best feels will aide in the transfer of healing energy. The user can take no action while healing someone and the person being healed must remain as still as possible. At level one the user can heal a target for 5% of their willpower stat. AT level two they can heal for 10% of their willpower. At level three they can heal for 15% of their willpower stat. At level four they can heal for the same 15% but now only requires one hand to be making contact with the skin of the person being healed. This take up 5% of the users Pl.

Cassi is able to put herself in a state of meditation for a short time. During this time the only thing she is able to do is meditate. During the meditation she is able to restore herself depending on how deeply she meditates. She may take no action and if forced out of meditation early will be completely dazed for a time. The lasts for six posts and must be the only thing she is able to do physically. She may take passive external actions such as mind reading but nothing that is draining on her energy. At level one it restores 5% of her total PL. At level two it restores 10% of her PL. At level three it increases to 15% of her PL. At level for the required posts of meditation is reduced to five. At level five it restores 20% of her PL and the post requirement is reduced to four posts. At level five it is also able to restore lost limbs.

Enrage lets a psychic infiltrate the mind of another living person. While in the mind The instill a deep anger in the target. If they become enraged they will go into a berserk frenzy for a short time attacking anyone close to them that they can see. There is a 25% chance of enrage at level one, 50% at level 2, 75% at level 3 and 100% at level 4. The target can only make melee attacks for 2 turns at level 1, 3 at level 2, 4 at level 3 and 5 at level 4. This can only be done if the mind of the target can be read first.

choker of mental focus [1:5] Technology
On the outside it appears to be a simple black choker with what looks like a pearl hanging from the bottom. On the inside is a thin band of flexible circuitry that acts as a memetic harmonizer. This allows the amplifier within the pearl to tap directly into the mind of the wearer boosting mental power. This item when worn boosts willpower by 5% at level 1, 10% at level 2, 15% at level 3, 20% at level 4, and 25% at level 5.

hunters bolt [1:4] technique
Hunters bolt is a oblong sphere of energy fired from the finger. Once fired can travel in a linear path. If one is capable of manipulating matter with their minds can redirect the bolt based on their skill. For greater effect the bolt can be overcharged by expending up to 50% of the users total power level. For figuring weight devide the users power level by their willpower. At level 1 it strikes for 40% of the spirit stat and can be controlled for a duration of two posts but the user must maintain eye contact with the bolt while controlling the bolt. At level 2 it strikes for 65% of the spirit stat and the bolt may be controlled for three posts the user must still maintain eye contact the whole time. At level 3 the bolt now strikes for 95% of the spirit stat and can be controlled for four posts now as long as the user can see the bolt they can control it. At level 4 the bolt attains its full power striking for 130% of the spirit stat and can be controlled for four posts the user gains full control over the bolt and no longer even has to see it to control it. During Overdrive the bolt cannot be controlled except at level 4 controlling the overdrive bolt drain the user and after the bolt is finished they are unable to act. They are vaunerable for one post after over drive normally. If they take control of the bolt they must rest for three posts without taking any actions. This skill uses 5% of the users PL plus what it is overcharged for.

description: a jet of flame that is created by the pyromancer. they hold out their right hand and gather the mental image of fire in front of the hand. The attack then comes as a six foot jet of flame. This is a strictly mental attack and deals damage based on the idea of fire rather then the fact of it.
Notes: At level 1 deals 45% of will power in damage the fire does not leave physical burns or start fires. At level 2 deals 75% willpower damage. At level three deals 120% will power damage and can now leave physical burns. At level 4 deals 150% will power and may now be used to start fires.

No 'chance' thing. Being able to read the mind is already a check well enough, and the effect isn't too ridiculous. This is good for now. Mind Controll-y kind of stuff always has the extra eye on it, though.

Make the actual 'rage' effect only last 1 post, but the melee downside for the rest of it.

I don't understand the 'overcharge' part on the bolt. Your power level goes up 50% while you use it? Also, this would definitely use some PL.

I think this should work like Shadow Clones if that's what they are when it comes to power level.

Unless it's not like that? How powerful are the clones, can they use moves? There's a lot of push/pull here

Not really sure how write it up to be like shadow clones and while they have her physical powers I don't think that they can use her powers unlike Tein's.

If they can't use moves, then they are okay.

Alpha waves can do a lot more. Like 25% per level, considering that the user literally can't do anything.

Theta Waves is okay, and the will requirement is heavy enough that I guess you can use that stat to heal.

Meditation is fine, but in order for it to restore limbs it must take several days. Unless you were a race that could naturally regenerate, that just couldn't work that quickly.

It's approvable but it's just fire from will. Granted that maybe it's JUST fire and for flavor is fine. Link me something that says psychics can create fire and I'll feel better with this whole concept.

Clone moves are just going to have trouble. This can't be better than Fission, so some numbers are going to have to change. I see no mention of stats here either, which are very important. I'd like you to re-do this move with less clones. It's too complicated. [/tab]

At level one it restores 10% of her total PL. At level two it restores 25% of her PL. At level three it increases to 40% of her PL. At level for the required posts of meditation is reduced to five. At level five it restores 60% of her PL and the post requirement is reduced to four posts. At level five it is also able to restore lost limbs.

Nails [1:4] technique
Description: Cassi forms her mental energy into material form. The form it takes is ten inch iron spikes. The spikes last for ten rounds once formed. These spikes forged from her mind can be either hurled or guided towards a target. If guided they can only be held for one round per level. If the spikes hit their target they will act like actual nails embedded in a person's body. They can be removed by whatever means the victem chooses.
Notes: At level one deals 50% will power damage. At level 2 deals 75% will power damage. At level 3 deals 100% will power damage. At level 4 deals 125% will power damage.
Requirements: {40 will power, Telekinese} 10% PL cost
