Hello! Welcome to Broken Futures!

Although we are a based on Dragon Ball keep in mind that we use it for the elements the show brought to us. We are not using ANY canon characters, only the world in which the show was built on. We are mostly a free form RPG with some stats to help track character growth. However, for the most part, your stats only matter in important fights or large events ran by a GM/DM.

We don't have any specific guidelines on what can or cannot be written about. So long as the Zetaboards ToS isn't violated. If a topic gets mature, keep it reasonable and do your best not to violate the host ToS. We don't like to limit you to what you want to write about and will trust your judgement not to make any posts in the extreme.

We are set in Future Trunks' timeline so the world is in ruin. Which would classify it as post-apoc. It's always been the best-styled setting to build a new world on top of. We have built this site to be based around the actions of the players. You will help build the world you're playing in. Every action within major events will influence how the world structures itself.

We have no word count, no canon face claims, no post formatting and no drama. We want you to come here and have fun. description: Having a thousands of years to train you have seen a few things. the pincer attack easy, a dagger up the sleeve sure, a wodden rabbit full of explosives yes even that. It could be said that the acendent have seen just about everything. As such the Acendant find it a simple matter to avoid enemy attacks.
Notes: allows the user to avoid a single source of damage once per level per thread

description: After years of battle Tyrvarin has learned a thing or two about the nature of magic. Harnessing his own magical power he is able to strike out at ranged attacks. With a snap of his fingers a harmless pressure wave emenates from his hand. While it causes no damage itself any enemy ranged spells of attacks are snuffed out.
notes: This can only be used against ranged attacks. Unless otherwise stated this will effect all ranged combat in a thread. This can be used once at level 1, twice at level 3, three times at level 5, At level 10 it can be targeted to only effect certain people.
requirements: {wisdom 100} - 10% PL

Solid State [1:5] ability
description: After a lifetime of battles Tyrvarin has learned how to take a blow to minimize damage. Useing his magic to infuse his body with raw magic he hardens his body against physical combat.
Notes: At level 1 absorbs 33% of physical damage. At level 3 absorbs 66% of physical damage. At level 5 absorbs 99% of physical damage. This can only be used to deal with physical attacks that use strength or dexterity. Can be used once per level.

Immortality just won't work. You can be like Fallen and live forever, no air, etc, but just not being able to die? Nah. Everybody can die.

Godlike Power isn't going to work, either. That entire idea is just too much.

The Ancient's will be fine, however.


The Summoning Ability will be fine, but the glove numbers are way too high. Especially for those pathetic requirements.

Once formed he may point his hands and wings forward. From the wing tips six feathers fly forward. The wings and feathers are all energy from Tyrvarin. The feathers explode upon impact.
Deals 120% Wisdom Mental Damage for -6% PL.

These are just cleaned up versions of your requests with some additions you may or may not like. Note that these are merely friendly suggestions of what your customs COULD be and that they are NOT at all what I think they should be, okay?

I just noticed this has levels for no reason whatsoever when I saw it in the shop purchase and that is my bad. It should read like this.

If I were to approve this it could cost 20%, and have less levels. Just a Fast as Lightning clone in a sense.

I upped the cost on this a bit considering it's broad scale, and it blocks -all- attacks.

Lowered the uses on this and gave it a tiny cost.
