Hello! Welcome to Broken Futures!

Although we are a based on Dragon Ball keep in mind that we use it for the elements the show brought to us. We are not using ANY canon characters, only the world in which the show was built on. We are mostly a free form RPG with some stats to help track character growth. However, for the most part, your stats only matter in important fights or large events ran by a GM/DM.

We don't have any specific guidelines on what can or cannot be written about. So long as the Zetaboards ToS isn't violated. If a topic gets mature, keep it reasonable and do your best not to violate the host ToS. We don't like to limit you to what you want to write about and will trust your judgement not to make any posts in the extreme.

We are set in Future Trunks' timeline so the world is in ruin. Which would classify it as post-apoc. It's always been the best-styled setting to build a new world on top of. We have built this site to be based around the actions of the players. You will help build the world you're playing in. Every action within major events will influence how the world structures itself.

We have no word count, no canon face claims, no post formatting and no drama. We want you to come here and have fun. Blood Artists Right [1:4] Ability-Technique
Control of blood is control of the body and vampire does it well. Mastery of this skill gives advantages to the practitioner. A target who has been damaged by the caster reduces their power level healing abilities by 10% per level. Once per thread this ability can be activated to reduce any healing of the target to 0 for two posts, but twice at [4:4]
{Blood Feeding [5:5], Sanguimancy, Wisdom 30} -20% technique cost-

Blood Learning [1:1] Ability
Blood has secrets that can be used to learn what you have seen.
By using Blood Feeding on a target you can learn any ATBS for which you meet the Stat, Racial, and ATBS requirements.
"Bone Dry Well", If Blood Feeding does not work on its target then this Ability does nothing.
{Blood Feeding} The user must still spend Exp to learn and level any ATBS gained from this Ability

Blood's Vengeance [1:5] Ability
Blood is life but blood can be used to kill. After using Blood Feeding, the user may add X% of the restored PL to their next attack as damage. X = 10 per level.
May be used once every other post while in combat.

Blood Tyrant [1:20] Ability
The tyrant is a terror on the battlefield controlling those they hunt through fear and blood.
May only be used against targets who've been affected by Blood Feeding or Blood Artists Right in the same thread.
Reduces all stats of a target by X%
X = Level
{Sanguimancy, Blood Artists Right, Wisdom 75} 20% PL per activation

Spirit of the Night [1:5] Ability/Technique Hybrid
The power of flight is a learned trait for others but a birthright to a vampire. Vampires who practice learn the advanced tricks of their kind and can become a fog.
Grants a Vampire the ability of Flight, but reduces their Max PL by X% while flying. X = 20 - 4 per level.
Technique Effect: Once every other level, the user may become a fog for one post to reduce all incoming Physical Damage by 15% per level.
{Monster Form [4:4]} The Technique Effect costs 10% PL

The Damned Conciousness [1:5] Ability
Vampirism affects how the body functions but it also affects the mind. The state of the mind in a Sanguimancer can be used against those who attack them. When the Vampire is the target of a mental attack, their wisdom raises by 6% per level.

Hits an opponent’s energy blasts back at them.

The mage is master of their own blood and that in others. The caster attacks a living target with their own blood. Deals 10% of Wisdom per level and heals the user for 20% of the damage done. Can't be dodged but can be blocked/damage reduced by ATBS.

Duelist's Maneuver [1:5] Attack
After an opening appears a skilled weapon specialist can exploit that moment.
May only be used after the target successfully dodges an Attack from the user.
Deals Dexterity*X in Physical Damage.
X = 0.3 per level
Requires a Technique to dodge or block.
{30 Dexterity} -5% PL

Portal Blitz [1:10] Attack
A series of portals are opened around the target. You move through them at a high speed appearing at random to attack the target. At the end the casters attack the portals close.
The user launches 1 attack every other level at 1 target, dealing Basic Combat damage per attack.
Cannot be dodged or blocked without the use of ATBS.
The user may not perform any PL Cost action during their next post.

Yorukaze [10:10] Weapon
A family heirloom from ages past the sword was made to respond to attacks with swift and decisive strikes. Said to move like the wind this sword possesses a grace to it's movements bordering unnatural. The sword is made of a light stealing black with brass edging almost like it holds all of the darkness within. Its guard is made of similar brass like materiel and is of a simple design. The exception being two teeth like protrusions that point up and a blood red gem in its center.
The post after a deflecting maneuever grants the user +3 dexterity per level.
Adds 1% per level of the user's Dexterity to all Damage dealt by this Weapon.
Grants an additional use of Deflecting Maneuver at levels 5 and 10.
When determining damage reduced by Mana Barrier wielders Wisdom is treated as 5% higher per level
Yorukaze also, if ever damaged or broken, has the capability of being used again after 5 posts, decreasing by 1 post per 2 level.

I tweaked the technique use (2 instead of 4) and cleaned some stuff up. It's good to go.

gave it max uses (3) and gave it a fat wisdom requirement. Also got rid of the built in mental req. Move is good. (And also good to go)

I believe these are okay, but note that soon enough item buffs to stats are going to be regulated to ONE active item at a time.

Granted, I believe that you might be alright as your item stat buffs are temporary.

For what it's worth, you don't need to buy this. You can do what you want to your items flavor wise, most of the time. Either way, I'll approve it.

The tyrant is a terror on the battlefield controlling those they hunt through fear and blood. A target that has ben hit with Blood Feeding or Blood Astists Right must be the target of this ATBS. The target suffers a penalty to all stats of X% where X is the level of the ATBS.

Once activated can it still be used for its passive negation?

As Bowwy said, Copy ATBS are no longer allowed, you can refund this.
