Hello! Welcome to Broken Futures!

Although we are a based on Dragon Ball keep in mind that we use it for the elements the show brought to us. We are not using ANY canon characters, only the world in which the show was built on. We are mostly a free form RPG with some stats to help track character growth. However, for the most part, your stats only matter in important fights or large events ran by a GM/DM.

We don't have any specific guidelines on what can or cannot be written about. So long as the Zetaboards ToS isn't violated. If a topic gets mature, keep it reasonable and do your best not to violate the host ToS. We don't like to limit you to what you want to write about and will trust your judgement not to make any posts in the extreme.

We are set in Future Trunks' timeline so the world is in ruin. Which would classify it as post-apoc. It's always been the best-styled setting to build a new world on top of. We have built this site to be based around the actions of the players. You will help build the world you're playing in. Every action within major events will influence how the world structures itself.

We have no word count, no canon face claims, no post formatting and no drama. We want you to come here and have fun. Kamrun
Kamrun really couldn't help but feel a spring in her step as she saw the desert village come into view. She smiled and hurried the rest of the way in, no hesitation in turning her steps to the bar and almost skipped in. She quickly scanned, but didn't see who she was looking for immediately. Not discouraged, she smiled and slid onto a stool at the bar.

"Hey Bruce," she said happily, crossing her arms on the bar, "how's everything?" it wasn't the question she really wanted to ask, but she was not going to be rude. She liked Bruce just as much... just not in the same way. Not that she was telling Bruce how she felt about Daze, that still made her stomach twist a bit, like she was plotting to steal his son away from him.

Still she swiveled in her chair. She had a special gift she wanted to share with Daze in her backpack, it had been expensive, she was down to literally only the capsules she actually needed to trek across the world, and no zeni whatsoever, but it was going to be completely worth it.

Kamrun
Kamrun smiled at Daze's releif as she began untying him, getting one writs loose as Daze explained the whole situation was entirely not his fault, and thought was her and she laughed, "I didn't do it either!" she protested pausing from untying his other wrist to look at him with a incredulous smile, "you were all on fire and I dumped a bunch of water on you and it still didn't do anything, and then you passed out and I thought you had died and then I passed out."

Kamrun chuckled, hands on her hip and shook her head, still smiling, "so unless I did this in my sleep and is something I didn't even know about myself," she gave him a teasing smile, she went back to untying his wrist, getting that free, "that or your fairy friend did it to be funny, which it is," Kamrun looked around, "looks like she left."

She looked at Daze and sighed as he said she looked good, "thanks. I'm glad you're dry now. And not dead."

She smiled fondly, turning her back, and her wings, to Daze as she got to work untying his ankles.

Daze
"Yeah, I'm pretty hot," Daze replied to her fire statement, taking it as a metaphor.

Daze's hands were free, he was able to sit up finally. He felt so strange in leather clothing and felt the need to remove the gloves and any straps on his chest. They were so tight and confining, like a prison of leather. He needed to be free! Well, he was going to be until he got distracted by Kamrun's back.

"Well, I bet there's a lot about yourself you don't know, BB," Daze teased coyly. He was tempted to reach out and touch them. "If you don't believe me, try stretchin' those pretty as hell wings of yours," Daze said, a shit eating grin stretching from ear to ear.

Kamrun
As Kamrun was working the knot on Daze's ankle and he commented on her not knowing a lot of things. She chuckled, he was probably right, and then he said something about wings and she paused, "what?" she asked and looked at Daze, then over her shoulder, lifting her arm to get a good look at a large fuzzy green wing folded against her side.

"What the fuck!?" she exclaimed suddenly, scrambling and falling off the bed. The wings spread and fluttered in response and she gave a cry of surprise, "ah! They moved!" and she crawled as if trying to crawl away from them, getting to the window and standing up, twisting her body to try to get a good look at the wings with the translucent reflection.

"Oh my gosh," she gasped quietly, slowly reaching and grabbing the part of the wing she could reach, her look of shock and awe devolved into a grin and she almost squealed slowly, "they're so fuzzy!" she then whipped around and looked at Daze, "that's what you were doing, with the purple fire and the white lights and Andariel, she was saying you could make me a fairy and you did!"

Kamrun stared at Daze, still partially tied to the bed by his ankles then quickly rushed forward and embraced him tightly, "I love it!" she cried, "they're so pretty thank you!"

She held Daze tightly and warmly, the happiest smile on her face. She then slipped away, "I'm going to go show Bruce!" she laughed and ran to and then through the door as she opened it. Her footsteps pounded down the hall, stopped, then came back as she laughed, "right, getting you untied," she said, again going to work on the knots.

Daze
Daze leaned up more, unable to free himself due to the last binding. He was worried and excited all at once. He knew what he did, sort of. He had a fuzzy memory giving him the vague details. Which was a tad oxymoronic, but that's just how his life goes. Before he could make a snide remark, though, Kamrun gave him a loving embrace, hugging him from the gift of fariyhood.

"You're welcome, BB. Anything for you," He said, hugging her back.

He had practice hugging people with wings and avoiding them.

"Oi!, wait!" he exclaimed as she began to dart for the door, still bound by one foot. "Thanks, I'll go with you," he said with a smile as she returned to untie him.

Kamrun
Kamrun smiled as she finally got Daze out and slipped off the bed with him, "let's get you your clothes back," she said, gesturing to the leather he was wearing, sure that he wasn't enjoying it, "me too I guess," she said looking down at herself. She ran her hands around her middle, along the sides, then looked at her back and tried to reach up her back, the wings fluttered and got in the way and regardless she found no zipper.

"Crap how do I get out of this?" she asked, looking around at her clothes, then chuckled, "this is exactly why I"m not into BDSM."

She smiled over at Daze apologetically, "help?"

Daze
"Oh, what a great burden," Daze said in a sarcastically toneless voice. "I will have to help you take your clothes off. Oh no. Poor me," he continued, standing up, holding back a smile... well. Failing to hold back a smile.

Daze placed a hand on Kamrun's shoulder and focused very carefully. Well, as careful as he could focus anyway. If he was smart, he'd use ethereal properties to make her able to walk out of the clothing. But he wasn't. So instead he was going to use fade magic.

"Sit still," Daze winked, exhaling as the hand placed on her shoulder ignited in purple flame.

Suddenly nearly twenty hands appeared all over various parts of Kamrun's body, each one gripping on to the outfit Suddenly and swiftly, they all pulled with enough force to break steel. Each one was careful not to have hold of her, but the tight leather in some fashion. This was especially easy seeing as he was able to fade through the material itself.

Needless to say... there was an explosion of leather material flying around Kamrun, shreds of the outfit flew in all directions leaving her exposed.

Daze was nothing if not extreme in his solutions.

Kamrun
Kamrun laughed as Daze joked about having to undress her and she shook her head, "I promise I'm nothing amazing to look at," she scoffed, "I'm sure you've had prettier women fall at your feet," she winked.

Though she spoke, she stayed still as she was told, and in a display of magic and might, the leather outfit exploded into sheds and she laughed, wincing slightly, "holy crap!"

She laughed and looked at the mess that had been made, neither ashamed nor even seemingly aware of her nudity, as she began to look for her clothes.

As she promised, with the clothes no longer squeezing in all the right areas, she was a petite woman, slight but fit from her constant traveling, a rectangular frame and a small chest. Her skin was far from flawless, marred here and there by scars ranging from pox to burns and weapon wounds.

As shameless as she seemed to be about her naked state, Daze didn't get a show for very long, as she said, "they're gone, probably part of the prank," and touched her hand to herself and created a long sleeved shirt with an open back, blue jeans and boots.

She looked over and smiled, "can't find yours either, want new ones?"

Daze
Daze couldn't help but look anyways. He absorbed every detail he could. The flaws didn't matter. They weren't important. She was who she was and he had no room to judge on scars or flaws. With a grin and a sigh, Daze knew it was his turn and turned to look away for a moment. Mostly because he had to figure out how to do this.

"Yeah, I'll likely need something," Daze nodded, looking down and focusing his magic around his body exclusively. Ever inch of him turned a light purple opaque flame and moved just a foot away from where he was backwards, leaving the clothing to fall in it's place.

"That's better," a now nude and shameless Daze said to Kamrun, turning to face her.

His body was riddled with scars. Some even looked like tire marks from a car as if he had been run over. Some tattoos ran down his back, creeping up on his chest and sides. Scars ran through those, ruining the symmetry with disrupted flesh. No part of his body was spared from the scarring. He had seen a lot and done a lot in his reckless life.

Kamrun
Daze wasted no time tearing his equally strange clothes off and standing naked before Kamrun, who didn't even bat an eye in regards to his newly buff state. She neither stared nor avoided looking at him, as if it was merely the most natural thing in the world. She took note of his scars but wasn't surprised b them given his multitude of stories of heroics and danger, and what Bruce confirmed as the truth in some of those stories.

"Alrighty," she said simply and touched her hands to his hips, making him a pair of tight blue jeans, with a button, and then reached up and touched his shoulders, creating for him a new suede leather vest.

"There you are," she said when she was done, not bothering making him shoes, and then took his hand, "now come on, I want to show Bruce," she laughed, and began leading him quickly out the door.

Daze
"Alright, let's see what he says!" Daze said in a gleeful tone, following her out the door and down the stairs. "Oi! Bruce, got a neat thing to show ya," Daze nodded, allowing Kamrun to do the showing off .

He was just the hype man.

"Oh? What'cha got to show me, then?" Bruce chimed from behind the counter, cleaning a dirty glass with a clean rag.

It was a short and easy trip down the stairs and to where Bruce was standing. Daze did the introductions to the show and when Bruce asked, Kamrun smiled and turned ask that the wings, and the fact that they were actually attached to her back, were visible.

"Daze gave me wings!" She said happily and with great excitement.

"Oh, he made you some wings out of... oh... those are.. real..." Bruce said, dropping the glass he was cleaning, shattering it on the ground.

Dead silence after the sound of the glass shattering ceased. Bruce had few words. Somehow the silence allowed his face turning red to become all the more noticeable. He was doing his best to qwell his anger, but the rage inside would not subside.

"DAZE WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DID TO THAT POOR GIRL!!" Bruce exploded, throwing his rag at Daze.

"I uh," Daze was interrupted by the rag splatting against his face. "I.... uh.... turned her into a fairy...?" Daze stated in a questioning tone as if he wasn't really sure.

Kamrun heard the glass break and flinched, Bruce yelled a question and threw a rag at Daze, who answered the question honestly but with some confusion, through a wet rag on his face.

Kamrun couldn't help but smile in humor, peeling the rag off then hopping over the counter, dropping down and using the rag to clean up the glass.

"It's okay Bruce," she said with a disarmingly warm smile, bundling all but the smallest shards into the cloth, "I was drunk but I asked for it. You don't get mad at the tattoo artist for putting Mr. Pigston on your chest cause you were plastered and told him to do it."

Kamrun stood and smiled at Bruce, "I'll take responsibility for this one, and live with the consequences, terrible add they are," she grinned, teasingly, "Where's your garbage?"

"Yeah, I didn't, well, I mean I did... what... BB said," Daze smiled, showing as much teeth as possible.

"Well," bruce paused, letting out a deep sigh. "I suppose I'll let it slide since she doesn't seem to be upset about it," Bruce said behind grinding teeth. He let out another huff and sigh before turning to his broom and sweeping up the mess. "Don't you worry Miss Kamrun, I'll take care of the mess in here. You've got your own mess to look after," Bruce said, pointing to Daze with his thumb.

"Hey, I'm not a mess..." Daze said with thinned lips. "Am I?" e asked, turning to Kamrun.

"Not upset by it at all," Kamrun confirmed with a smile, bending to deposit the glass she had gathered into the dustbin he brought out. She carefully shook the rag to make sure no shards were left in it and smiled when Bruce called Daze a mess, and smiled more when Daze asked if he was.

"I don't mind messes," Kamrun teased, setting the rag on the counter and hopping back over it, but rather than hitting the ground she hovered unexpectedly.

"Oh crap!" she exclaimed in surprise, waving her arms to try to get upright again but her wings remained still. How was she flying if her wings weren't moving!?

Kamrun laughed as she started to begin to spin in the air, moving her arms as if trying to swim to teh ground, "help, I'm stuck!" she chuckled, reaching for anything to put her back on the ground again but the tables and stools were just out of reach.

"I'll save you, BB!" Daze said in his most heroic of voices, moving swiftly over to her side, presenting an arm out to hold her. Daze couldn't help but smile.

"So heroic, I don't have any medals, though," Bruce mocked in a teasing manner.

"I need no medals. I don't do it for the fame..." Daze said modestly. "I do it for the Bean Babes...." Daze jested, winking at Kamrun with a big grin on his face.

Bruce sighed harshly.

Daze said he would save her and hurried over to lend her an arm. She laughed and grabbed his arm, pulling herself a bit as she righted herself up, then planted herself on the ground, clinging to Daze's arm. She glanced over at Bruce who sighed and she laughed, "all the Bean Babes of the world," she agreed, then looked at the ground, hugging the poor man's arm as if letting go would cause her to float away, never to be seen again.

Slowly though she let go, and sighed happily when she didn't start flying again, "alright," she said running a hand through her hair, realizing it was still down and took the tie from her wrist to pull it back, "flying, that's a thing," she said, smiling.

"I'm a bit Jealous, I can't fly. Still a member of the no fly club like Bruce here," Daze teased.

"I'm sure with all your magic you could learn if you just put your mind to it," Bruce sighed,

"Yeah, well, I got better things to do, ya know?" Daze stuck his tongue out, turning his attnetion to Kamrun. "Wonder what else being a Fairy can do for you..." Daze pondered, stroking his chin as if he had hair there to stroke.

Kamrun chuckled, because what Bruce said was true. If Daze could change her species, he could probably figure out how to fly. Daze mused on what else she could maybe do and she looked herself over as he stroked his chin.

"Well," Kamrun began, looking over her shoulder at her wings, "haven't figured out how to use those yet, though apparently they're not for flying," she hummed and looked at Daze, mimicking him a bit.

"Now I know a fairy," she said with a smirk, "I might have to go ask him for pointers."

"I think I remember my fairy friend changing size... or maybe that was a dream. I think I met a fairy in the ruins once. Junifer... jennifer... jupiter... berry," Daze gave up on remembering her name. "She did some neat stuff, maybe it was just magic... but you're already magical, enchanting even," Daze said, playing on words to compliment Kamrun.

He was so full of cheese.

"Who's the friend?" Daze asked.
