Hello! Welcome to Broken Futures!

Although we are a based on Dragon Ball keep in mind that we use it for the elements the show brought to us. We are not using ANY canon characters, only the world in which the show was built on. We are mostly a free form RPG with some stats to help track character growth. However, for the most part, your stats only matter in important fights or large events ran by a GM/DM.

We don't have any specific guidelines on what can or cannot be written about. So long as the Zetaboards ToS isn't violated. If a topic gets mature, keep it reasonable and do your best not to violate the host ToS. We don't like to limit you to what you want to write about and will trust your judgement not to make any posts in the extreme.

We are set in Future Trunks' timeline so the world is in ruin. Which would classify it as post-apoc. It's always been the best-styled setting to build a new world on top of. We have built this site to be based around the actions of the players. You will help build the world you're playing in. Every action within major events will influence how the world structures itself.

We have no word count, no canon face claims, no post formatting and no drama. We want you to come here and have fun. Energy Conversion at its finest.
Deals damage equal to half of your Aptitude Stat. Can use five times per level in a thread. At level 5 damage increases to 60%.
{25 Aptitude,Technolord, AI Enhancement } -Costs 1% of power level per attack. Can only use once per post-

White noise blaster [1:5} Attack
Utilizing enhanced speakers and micro tech the user can literally fire killing sound. Does 100% Aptitude damage with 10% more damage per level. Also good for forced entry into most buildings.

Broke apart the effects a little and, as long as you don't mind, I reduced its max level to 4 since it only has 4 effects unless you wanted a 5th effect added to it.

If you like this version then consider it APPROVED.

I made the massive damage one just cost a little more because MASSIVE DAMAGE is huge. These are both good.

So the attack can be used a total of 25 times in a thread? At 60% it’s just ki blast for apt. This is fine.

I think this needs a higher Apt req for 150% damage three times per thread. 50 or 60, or reduce to twice per thread.

So at max level there are five canons that can be fired three times each for 1.5 apt damage. Am I reading that right? If so, can you fire all five canons once in a post to deal 1.5 damage for 7.5 damage total in a post? That seems way too much for 25% PL and only 50 apt req.

I am fine if i need to increase Apt requirement but the design of this attack was based on a cheaper dex attack.

At max level five canons can fire five times per post but only one canon per target (shouldn't say human as that is a very specific race) so they would have five attacks heading for them in one post.

"Only one cannon can fire at 1 human target can target a number of people equal to level" this line also seems to contradict itself, it targets only one person but five people at max?
