Roi Rene Dupree is in his castle.

Seven months it took, over six long months, February was short. But that is not the important part. The important part is that it has been seven months since we last stepped into the ring with our opponent on Warfare. It was seven months ago that changed the course of our career. Indirectly, our opponent helped us to become one of the greatest Iron Man/European Champions in EBWF history, and soon to be greatest Iron Man/European Champion (Yes, he says “slash”, come on, that’s awesome, I would.) Despite all our opponent has done for us, we still will need to beat him. After what he did to us seven months ago, it is only expected. After what he did to Christopher two months ago, that is just extra. Christopher can handle himself. But, considering we both have experience against our opponent, we will be better ready this time. We walked into Wrestlemania the Iron Man Champion, and we walked out Iron Man Champion. People doubted our submission skills, but we beat a man who is known for his submission move, the Scorpion Deathlock. Above all, we beat him with a Boston Crab. When was the last time someone tapped out to that? Exactly. We are better than you thought, any of you. Not even the submission masters get their opponents to tap out with the Boston Crab, it always seems to be reversed, but we are that good that it was not possible in Sting’s case. But that was then, it is time to look into the future.

Sunday night, it is back to the darkside. It may have been a while, but we still remember the atmosphere. Forget the darkness, we can cope with that. It goes dark every night, unless you live at the poles or in Las Vegas. However, there is so much more. A friend of ours who is a doctor, mentioned to us the first time he was in a hospital room when a patient died, and said how you could smell death. We did not know what he meant, smelling death. Sure enough, we now know, and have known for the last seven months, what he meant. We also knew, and mulled over the fact we would probably have to face the smell again. Just getting near this man, you can tell. You can tell this is not a man you want to be associated with. By getting near him, you could feel the misery, the pain and the distress radiating off his cold, white skin. How can you combat that? How can you combat misery? How do you fight pain? How do you defeat distress? This is not ordinary misery, pain and distress however, so it is not so easy. We, as a wrestler, deal with pain on a constant basis, but this is something far beyond that. Everyone feels misery and distress many times during their lives, but this feels inhuman, beyond anything anyone living could cope with. How do you defend against that? That has eluded us before, and it seems to allude us again. It even eludes Christopher, and he is an extremely religious man, one who has studied these exact things.

And with all this, we are up against him on Sunday. We are up against anguish, up against agony, and up against sorrow. This time, we need to figure out a way to overcome this. We cannot let the mind games, or more specifically, psychological games, catch up with us. This man obviously does this to get the advantage on his opponents. Sure, maybe he does like it, also, but it does not hurt when wrestlers fear being in his presence. He does not need to work hard to get us out of our focus. How can we face him again?
(Rene breathes in deeply, and lets it out slowly.) Calm down Rene, he is still just a wrestler. (Yay! Schizo Rene! Yes, he just starts arguing with himself. It should not be too hard to tell which is him, and which is…umm…him -- the other side of him, the one who doesn’t call himself “we” but “you.” His facial expressions clearly show the confusion going on within him and all of this going on.) But he is the Personification of Evil! It does not matter, that is not what we should be worried about. Evil! Personification of it! Does that not mean anything to you? It does, why do you think we are frightened? Frightened, who is frightened? You are petrified beyond reason. We are, we are! Of course you are, do something about it. What do we do? Do what you need to do, that is what. What kind of help is that? The help you need. Look inside yourself, find the answer for yourself. No professional wrestler takes the easy road and gets far. You have not so far, now is not the time to start. We will not, we will train, we will practice, we will get used to his environment, until we are ready. Good, you better. He is not a pretty boy like Shawn Michaels or Chris Sabin, or any of your other Iron Man Championship opponents for that matter, not named Triple H or Sting. We know he is not. Alright, now leave. You better do what you need to. (Rene goes back to looking normal, as if nothing ever happened.) If it is the Personification of Evil we get, then it is the Personification of Evil we meet.

Rene motions to Lucien behind the camera to turn it off and go with him. Lucien does.

--------------------------------------------

Roi Rene Dupree is now inside a penitentiary in France. He is walking through the corridors, with a guard of course, and stops when he reaches a certain area. The doors are not like traditional jail cell doors. These are all metal doors, solitary confinement. He turns to the camera, and has a visible look of disgust on his face. Not a disgust of “I’m better than you”, but of “ewww…these people. How can these people live with themselves?” The guard, being a worker and having faced this for so long, has no expression. Rene starts speaking, in between tough breaths and hard swallows (come on, stop thinking that way you dirty people, that was the best description I could think of). His voice also shows his revulsion.

This area is not an area we ever wanted to be in. This is for the sick, the twisted, the ones who have done something so horrible they cannot be near anyone else, because even other criminals know this is the lowest of the low. We are here because of our match. Not even as Roi of France would we ever venture this far into this penitentiary. We have been here before, but not to this area. We truly believe that crimes can be forgiven. They are not always, but it is possible. These criminals here, we are not totally sure of. Sure, an extremely small percentage can, but not normally. This is the type of evil we have to surround ourself with to feel comfortable in our match on Sunday. No, we are not surrounding ourself with thieves, domestic killers, or even serial killers or mass murderers. We are here with the worst of the worst, the (Rene shudders even saying the word) pedophiles. This is the evil our opponent can be compared to. So many of his opponents, including us, have been freaked out by this. We are freaked out now, but hopefully this experience will make us feel even slightly better this Sunday. This is beyond wrestling. We know how to wrestle. We have proved it multiple times, including the fact we are the Iron Man Champion. This is about overcoming the powers this man has over most of the EBWF roster. How one man can be such evil is obscene, but somehow happens. We have no idea how one man can foster such horrid thoughts, images and feelings. However, being here, in this area, we are starting to understand. At first, we were confused and amazed, but now we are knowledgeable. How could we not be? Standing in this area for so long already makes us feel like we have been in his presence for this time. While we are still reviled by what we feel, we are getting normalized to it and while reviling, it is not bothersome. Soon, we feel one such advantage our opponent has on us will no longer be significant.

As we mentioned, wrestling has become our forte. We may not be the best technically, or the best brawler, but we are much better than most at each, and combined, no one can top us. We do not have the speed to be in the X-Division, but we are much faster and more agile than most of our peers. This one is not one of them. If there is truly one man who rivals us in overall greatness, unfortunately, this man is it. With all the darkness he festers inside him, and lets the rest of the world see and fear, he also is great at wrestling. He has been doing this for so long, much longer than us. However, through our Iron Man Championship defences, as well as the interspersed regular matches we have had to fight in, our knowledge and experience rivals the lack of years we have been wrestling and places we have wrestled, in comparison to our opponent. We cannot say we have wrestled in Japan, or even Mexico, as our opponent can. Yes, this is a regular match, but like we have mentioned so many times before, the Iron Man Championship is all about adaptation. With all the different matches we have wrestled in, this just adds to the mix. We are constantly defending our championship, specialty matches have become to us what regular matches are to many, just that, regular. So this match to us is another foreign match for us. And with all the other foreign matches we have wrestled in, this will just be added to the list. Of course, unlike most of our Iron Man Championship defences, we have a formidable, and chilling opponent, just like the men behind these doors.

When we first walked into this section, we felt just like we did seven months ago when we first stepped into the ring with our Warfare opponent. However, after staying here as long as we have, we are not feeling any less nauseous from the evil these men have committed, and will be here for the rest of their lives to think about it. On the flipside, we are only feeling worse. However, we are starting to deal with it. We will not embrace it, we will not condone it, however, we are stuck facing it, and at whatever costs necessary. Yes, that even includes being near such low-lifes. We are not someone who is judgemental, but this is just too much. We knew when we were told about this match that we would need to come here to feel even slightly like we would inside the ring. Wow, let us hope we get this match over with quickly, we can no longer stand this. We are leaving, sadly, this is not the end.

Rene Dupree walks out of the area sectioned off for pedophiles. Once he reaches the last door, he turns back around and looks at where he was once standing.

We are only human, just as all of you are. Everyone makes mistakes, some worse than others. Yours, however, are some of the worse. No one is perfect. Your faults caused you to do what you did, mine cause me to not be able to forgive you for what you have done. When you are finally released from your jail sentence, then you will meet the final judge, and He will decide if you deserve a second chance. We know it is wrong for us to feel hate towards you, but, no matter how hard we try, we cannot forgive you. Sorry.

Rene turns to the first door and takes a Bible out of his pocket. He places it at the foot of the door and walks out.

-----------------------------------------

The scene restarts, this time inside a cemetery. It is dark outside, very dark. There is only a flashlight being held by Lucien, who is also holding the camera, to illuminate Rene. Rene is standing on a path, not on the grass where the graves are.

A cemetery, it is quite obvious to see what is found here. But, we are not going to be like so many others, and walk through the cemetery, as if it were a shopping mall. There is this path for a reason. These people deserve respect, we are not going to walk on their graves and defile them. We are going to stay right here. And look, it is dark. Darkness, death, evil, the basis for our opponent. Well, we were not going to take any pedophiles here with us, so until Sunday, we will not be able to get the full experience of all three together, as our opponent has somehow mixed together in his aura. These people have all died, none are recent, as in five minutes ago, so the true smell of death has been diminished. We were not going to walk into a hospital and walk among the sick and dying hoping to get something, that would disrespect both the patients and the workers. While our opponent may not have a problem with that, we do. We still believe in honour, something which we are quite certain our opponent has either totally lost, or has a loose definition of what it is. This is the final resting place for the bodies of all. No one lives forever, and our opponent takes that upon himself to make sure all his opponents know it and fear it. But we are not scared of it. We know it is inevitable, which is why we do not fear, nor regret being here. Sure, we hope there are many years left before we reach a place like this, but we know it will come. That is why even though our opponent tries to get those to fear him due to his deathly appearance and atmosphere, it is not something we fear. We fear the darkness more.

In the dark of night, as it is now, you can never tell what will happen. You can barely see directly in front of you. All you have is whatever light happens to reflect off the moon. Sure, all our cities have street lamps, but this is not in the city, this is out in the countryside. Plus, cemeteries are meant to be sacred, and no lights are here anyway. Someone could walk up behind us and kill us, and not even Lucien right in front of us would notice until we either scream or fall to the ground, even with this light shining on us. This is the uncertainty and apprehension that our opponent works with. He knows this is how many people feel in the dark, and he works well with that perception, and all that the darkness could possibly lead to. We are not afraid of the dark, we are afraid of the darkness, especially the darkness this man brings with him into the wrestling ring each time he participates. They stereotype Frenchmen as cowards, but here we are, in the darkness, with only one person with us, in the middle of a cemetery. Most of those people who stereotype us that way would not even be caught doing any one of those things, let alone all of them at the same time. But here we are. We have needed to conquer our fears before to continue wrestling, and we once again have to. We never get the true picture prior to our match, and never know what will happen until the bell has rung, but even a bit of understanding is all we need. Just standing here is giving us some understanding into our opponent’s mind. We do have different thoughts here. We do feel much darker. Of course, we are not going to spend as much time as our opponent to make it a part of us, but this truly is helping us. It is the same as Spiderman wearing the symbiotic suit, even though he was still Peter Parker, he felt better than ever, and it soon took over him. This darkness took over our opponent.

Of course, there is the natural association to darkness and evil, which has made everything that much easier for him. Seriously, has anyone ever deconstructed him in this way? Has anyone exposed him the way we have? We are turning this huge, indestructible beast into the human that he is. That is why on Sunday, we will beat Vampiro.
Ayez peur…Be afraid.

The scene ends.

OOC: I know I wrote the one-liner, but I was able to get on the internet after Wrestlemania, so here's the RP I had. I would've liked to finish it, but whatever, this'll do.
