I honestly don't care what you put in there as long as you meet the requirements as follows:

- Race
- Name
- Attributes/Skills (preferably in the form of Oblivion Skill points)

That's it. You want more? Put in more. You want to use your own template? Do so. As long as you're not overpowered or too edgy, you're probably going to get accepted.

The Oblivion Attributes/Skills systems uses a 1-100 scale. Without racial bonuses/deductions and class bonuses, Attributes tend to start in the 40s or 50s.

The skill rank system goes as follows:
0-24 = Novice. A novice barely knows the skill and may even take penalties for it.Most skills will start as this without training.
25-49 = Apprentice. An apprentice has a better understanding of the skill and is decent at it. If it a skill that your class or occupation uses, it will be this level automatically.
50-74 = Journeyman. A journeyman has average or better understanding of the skill and is average-good at it.
75-99 = Expert. An expert has a very good understanding of the skill and is very good at it.
100 = Master. A master knows everything about their skill and is, well, a master at using it.

If you need information on class and racial bonuses, the Elder Scrolls wikia provides a wealth of information. Occupational bonuses will be common sense. A merchant/trader will have at least apprentice level mercantile and speechcraft, a hunter will have at least apprentice level marksman and light armor. Please do not take advantage of the occupational bonuses. Please ask an admin or submit an application for an occupation involving royalty (counts, lords, the emperor), power (Imperial Guard captain, for example), or any other things that could possibly lead to being over-powered. I don't want a hundred Hieronymus Lexes and counts running around. Custom classes are permitted.

Rare/vanished races like Kothringi, Lilmothiit, Maormer, Sload, ect MAY possibly be permitted if one can come up with a good, well-formed reason that they are where they are and that they even exist (in the case of vanished races such as Lilmothiit.) Please ask an admin or submit an application for permission otherwise.

If you have any further questions or inquiries, contact me or an admin.
