【The Great Legends】 The Great Legends are untold stories that already happened before the actual plot took place. Here you will witness how things began, prophecies that are foretold, old myths and the like. The Great Primordial Divide Long ago, in ancient times and before magic even existed, there was once an old race known as the Primordials. The Primordials were considered to be the very first race to set foot in the realm of Isoz, they are beings known to be god-like and all so powerful. The Primordials were feared but at the same time respected by inferior races who are inhabiting Isoz, they are feared possibly due to their enormous sizes and their unrivaled strength as well as their power. Some are respected by showing them worship and giving offerings to them. The Primordials has reigned over mankind for a millennium and showing great authority to the realm of Isoz no doubt until one Primordial became power-hungry and corrupt it became insane causing betrayal against other Primordials that existed and this started a war with each other as the inferior races of Isoz becoming bystanders and witnesses of this great war made from the god-like beings. The Primordials fought against each other and lasted for a while, they've used their own set of powerful magic to defeat one another, although it wasn't enough, they have invited the inferior inhabitants of Isoz to side with them, they formed groups and fought with other Primordials while having one allied with them. Violence and chaos broke through Isoz with the only root-cause: Betrayal. The war didn't last long due to two remaining Primordials standing face to face with both inferior races siding with them. The first one being named Anur, a Primordial possessing the idealistic of "good", the people who possesses the same idealism have joined Anur and believed that it would bring Isoz to peace. The other Primordial is named Tethramek, a wicked Primordial carrying the idealistic of "evil", people who have joined Tethramek's side have been believing that becoming a power greater than everything would bring "peace" to Isoz itself, not the other way around in which Anur has been believing. A new war broke out in Isoz, possibly the continuation of the previous war caused by the Primordials themselves when most of them used to be alive except that only two remain, and powerful ones at that. People who fought for Anur and Tethramek battled fiercely like arch-enemies, violence and gore once again flows through the realm of Isoz with no sign of peace trying to arise. The conflict lasted for 3 years and it has decided to be finished once again where Anur and Tethramek fought viciously, Anur ended the conflict by sacrificing the Primordial powers to seal Tethramek and now both their great powers have been passed down to their own people continued the fight once more. Infinite Darkness Ever since the last war of Isoz got postponed the people living within it have acquired great knowledge as well as the absolute power in wielding "magic". The people who followed Anur's will have built cities and forts while keeping away from the wicked followers of Tethramek. Meanwhile, Tethramek's people divided themselves into two elements of magic "ice" and "darkness", they have also divided themselves due to an argument causing them to disagree with each other and with it, half of Tethramek's people moved to the northern part of Isoz and establishing themselves into the coldest place known as the Winterblight while the other half of Tethramek's people have moved to a new continent next to Isoz where they have created a gigantic fortress located by their own city named by themselves called Vordred. Anur's people that currently lived in peace and prosperity have received humors about Tethramek's people dividing themselves into two groups, however this news have proven quite relevant to them. The people of Anur believed that after learning Tethramek's people dividing themselves caused by their own pride and selfishness, they brought up a good idealistic plan to unify themselves together as one along with creating a faction known as the Bladehaven Brotherhood. The brotherhood has grown more in power and in terms of wealth making them extend their kingdom into one big region. Little thing they didn't know that another terrifying force are preparing for another war against the brotherhood from the north located in Winterblight. Yet again, news spread once more across the nation of Ceavia (Bladehaven Brotherhood's region) stating another mystical and powerful force coming from the Northern Peak are marching on their way to them. The people living in Ceavia have prepared their gears, armies and calling forth powerful mages to join forces with their side. As they prepare for a new war blooming, darkness seeps through the continent of Isoz, shrouding everything into total blackness where no light is shines in it. The forces of darkness moved, crushing obstacles in their way creating reputations by one town to another whereas people have named them the Condemned. The Condemned have finally managed to barge into the Ceavia's walls breaching into the villages, killing people and bringing them back from the dead as their new enslaved soldier, and in that moment the Infinite Darkness began. War took place between Winterblight and Ceavia, both Bladehaven Brotherhood's forces against the wrath of the Condemned. The Infinite Darkness lasted so long and both sides never waged submission from one another until one day, a hero named Azora has arrived wielding a legendary blinding blade. The hero has proclaimed himself not as an ally nor an enemy to the brotherhood and yet he was a believer of Anur's teachings. Azora has slain these powerful forces of the Condemned, nearly rendering them into their extinction, although the Infinite Darkness did not end how the people of Ceavia wanted to be, but having Azora fighting for their side made them wish to have a hero like him protecting them against the Condemned. The people of Ceavia made sure the same fate would never happen again by constructing a wall aided by Azora's people and their original plan was to keep the Condemned away from invading Ceavia or even Isoz itself. Constructing the wall itself took aeons, however, it's process took fast enough having the people aided by the giants of the Northern Peak. The wall was successfully built and keeping the Condemned away from the Ceavia and from harming the Bladehaven Brotherhood for who knows when. But with Azora setting peace once again in the realm of Isoz, although with Azora departing Ceavia, he became the symbol of heroism to the people especially to the brotherhood, the hero left and mysteriously went on to his new journey. Prophecies were shared by the oracle saying that the Infinite Darkness will come again, and on that day, a new hero arises and he will wield the same blade that has slain the Condemned, for he shall be the new Azora reborn. |
