Our recommendation, AGAINST. The proposal does little more than assert that national sovereignty matters and that torture can get information out of people. The former is unsubstantiated. The latter is untrue. Considering the very little amount of work and near total lack of substantiated or convincing argumentation in the proposal, we recommend a vote against the proposal. |
