Public accusations of ANY member regarding ANYTHING, if they didn't handle a situation probably, cheated in a comp, or even said something inappropriate, TALK TO ADMIN OR THE MODS. Publicly saying that someone did something wrong will NOT be tolerated and will result in an INSTANT ban. This also goes to badmouthing the club and its members publicly. This includes flaming, bullying, or any other means of attacking a member/mod/admin by use of the forum. IF it has been reported and proven that someone has publicly disgraced/abused/or slandered a member of EC on another forum, these rules will also come into effect.
1. Swearing) Please be aware that we have children browsing our forum, swearing of any nature will not be tolerated. Swearing Warning System 1) Appropriate editing of your post & an official warning 2)1 week suspension 3)1 month suspension 4) Indefinite suspension
2.Nudity/Pornographic Content) All pornographic content will be deleted without warning. The user contacted, if this continues the user may have their account suspended
3.Spamming) As many of you love to post, there is a place for everything... The Family-Room was made for polls, things that may have happened during the day, and any 'random' things. There is a thread for day to day chit chat, but no areas are to to spammed with message after message of pointless words. Users that do not follow this will be warned, and suspended for a short period if the activity continues.
4.Drug use/abuse) Please remember, this is a family forum. Any mention of drug use shall result in an INSTANT life long ban. Pictures or text supporting illicit drug use or innuendo will not be tolerated. These rules are your only warning about this kind of material.
5.Illegal Activities) Illegal activities including street racing, driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, bagging the police force, burnouts or any other activity which is seen under the eyes of the law to be illegal, shall result in an INSTANT 3 month ban. IF after 3 months, the culprit returns and posts again about this kind of activity will result in a LIFE LONG ban.
6.Advertising) Any user found registering only to advertise another forum/company WILL have their account DELETED and the post removed. Any 'active' forum member found advertising will be warned and the post removed. If you would like to advertise on our forum, please contact ADMIN.
Members are NOT permitted to link to a site [even for the purpose to give information] if the link requires the user to sign up. Linking will only be allowed if 'guests' are able to view the information. Anyone found breaking this rule will have the post/link removed...
We would prefer ALL data in the help posts to be posted on EC, but we understand that sometimes it can be hard where multiple posts and pics are involved.

7 Copyright rules) Any member found and proven to have copied ANY information from another forum, website or any other media will be given a single warning. IF after this warning the person re-offends, the 3 warning rule shall be bypassed and their membership shall be terminated for life.
8 Fake Accounts) Anyone found on the forum to be using fake accounts shall have both their original account and their fake one deleted off the forum. Those who have been banned from our forum who set up a new account to return shall have that account deleted and their IP banned without prior notice
