external drives not accessible in Windows 10

Hi,

I have three external drives, all of which were operating normally on a Vista laptop until I bought a PC running Windows 10.

Now they do not show on File Explorer though I can see them in diskmgmt.

I need the contents of all three drives.

What should I try?
Please help.
Thanks!

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
