Quote: "I actually don't like my magic. All its done is bring me trouble and pain. Kept on getting me stuck fighting for people that I don't want to... And I can't even remember the last time I was home.." Name: Leila Anaz "Lei-la A-naz" Alignment: Lawful Good < Lawful "Evil" < Lawful Good Gender: Female Age: 16 Birthday: April 2nd Race: Human Class: Mage Personal Skill: Magic Prodigy: Increases magic range by 3 Weapon: Aura Family: Halea and Kielt Anaz: Her parents, and gifted mages in their own right. She misses them dearly. Favorite Food: just for fun! Goal: Not die and manage to go home. Appearance: She's 5'5 and weighs 119 pounds. Her hair is in two pigtails and is a dark green. Her eyes are blue. Personality: aLeila used to be such an outgoing and happy girl, but after time she became quite depressed and introverted. She also is one with horrible self esteem- she keeps on getting haunted by the fact that her own achievements in magic were what got her in so much pain, she emotionally beats her self up over that. She's also grown distrustful of everyone she meets, she's still not cold to them, just being a little shy and not really showing her sadness (the best she can) and isn't super hard to open up to, she just is afraid of more pain from lost relationships such as friends. She, deep down, just wants to move on from her pain, find a nice place to settle down and get a new life, because she doesn't know if she'll be able to find home ever again. History: Leila was the only child of two talented mages. Growing up her parents showed so much love to her, while also teach her all sorts of tomes and such. They really were proud after Leila mastered most tomes rather easily- in fact even wielding powerful tomes such as Aura by the time she was 10. However she was rather bored of all this magic, she found it so easy to do that her mind daydreamed to all sorts of other activities that she could do. One of her biggest things she'd like to imagine are if she was a princess or noblewoman and such. A day eventually came when she didn't have to study magic a lot of the day, but it came in not such a nice way. The lord of her town eventually got word of her magical prowess and felt she would be wonderful in his army- so at first he did try and be rational about it, he went and tried just to plainly recruit her. She however, felt it wouldn't be much more fun that what she was currently doing so she kindly refused, which he seemed to take fine and he left. In reality he was furious he was refused and plotted other ways to force her to work for him. He ended up sending a squad in to basically kidnap her when she was alone- which when she at his fortress, he put the threat of death on her unless she helped. So that's what she did, and she served him fearfully for two years as he went from a rather peaceful lord to where he started conquests of neighboring settlements, and Leila forced to take a part of the violence. It left quite a mark on her, and she became rather quiet and reserved, not trusting of many other people- and feeling so much emotional pain. However her forced servitude with her cruel lord ended after those two years after he ended up getting killed while Leila was already a very good distance from home. She soon heard the news of his death and took that opportunity to sneak away- and she ran far into a forest, trying to run her own way back home. However she ended up running straight into a wandering slaver group, which caught her way off guard and she ended up getting captured yet again. She then was forced to travel with those ruffians and the other poor souls there until she ended up getting sold again to a even more powerful tyrant this time- though he didn't hang the threat of death over her shoulders which let her kinda relax and unwind, though she realized she still had to fight whether or not she liked it or not. She still hated being there, despite the fact she grew more comfortable than she has been for a long time- she felt forced to be their, trapped- despite being treated rather well despite her little status there. Also, the joy she felt of having her magic was dying away, she wished she did not have it at all, yet she continued to use it while serving the strangely respectful tyrant. Her freedom came much quicker this time, the tyrant's son, feeling a huge pity on her, managed to convince his father to release Leila- which he did rather happily, even giving her some supplies to survive on the road for a while. She then left as soon as she could, after thanking both of them, and then for once in years had a huge grin as she was skipping out back on the road- which didn't last since she had no idea which way home was. Asset: She is a prodigy of magic. She is also, quite informed on a lot of other things, things she wishes she could do. Flaw: bad things about your characters. Quite depressed with herself, and lost a lot of self-esteem. Still, she does her best to hide her pain to those unknown, for she's one for mistrust of unknown people. Guild Bio: A short and to-the-point description of your character. A magical prodigy from a remote town. However hates her talent with magic and eventually just wants to settle down to something simpler. The one most likely to randomly burst crying with trusted people.
