I don't WANT to rule, Rex. We both know that. We've both known that since we were kids. I just want to see the Empire, not Lord over it.

Name: Liocertus Panaetia
Age: 28
Race: Augrasian (Beorc)
Class: Lord (Sword)--> Great Lord (Sword, Axe)
Signature Weapon:Sabre (Prf, Effective against Armor)
Theme-Tenzan
Relationship Status: Single

Significant Friends/Family
Rexilium Panaetia- Brother
Cassia Panaetia- Sister
Theodocius Panaetia- Father
Rosia Panaetia- Mother
Maxine Araso- Retainer
Valentine Frye- Retainer

Physical Description: Tall and well built, Lio usually stands a half a head taller than most of his contemporaries. Short cut, brown hair with a matching goatee on a defined face. Auburn eyes above a constant smile. The defined jawline lies below a strait nose. Whenever he's not wearing the ceremonial attire for the non-inheriting Prince (Ugh, who'd WANT to though?), he likes wearing warm colors, distancing himself from the Empire's colors as much as possible, typically with some kind of billowing material for flair.

Personality: Lio loves the sights and sounds of the capital city, and of the cities he's seen in it. He detests the confines of the Palace grounds, and escapes outside almost every night. He thinks meals are for laughter, not for business or other serious matters. His retainers are also his close friends, people he advocated for to be his guards. A man who'll offer you the first punch.

History: Born the first son of the Emperor Theodocius Panaetia, and destined to be the 21st Emperor of Augrasa, Lio grew up knowing that one day there was an expectation of destiny attached to him. By the age of 16, he had already opening talked against taking the throne, which was a great distress to both his mother, and some member's of his father's Council. His Father, who himself was a free spirit before marrying into royalty, understood. He saw the potential and desire from his younger son, Rexilium, and himself posed the idea of passing the inheritance of the crown to him. Rex never imagined the possibility of being the Emperor, but didn't hesitate to agree to the deal. Now, Liocertus has become more like an unofficial envoy for his Father and his family, willing to go anywhere in and beyond the kingdom on official business.
