Look, I've always been alone, alright? From the start of my memory, I've always had one person looking out for me; me! So save your pity, please.

Alice Colmer- Superior, and mother figure

Hair: Silver-Blond

Skin: Tan
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 225 lbs.
Clothing: Burgundy Coat, with a black undershirt, and tanned leather pants. A feathered , crimson, tricorne hat, and his Dagger resting at his hip.

Personality: Fast talking, fast walking. Honey and carrots for everyone, Marcus keeps on everyone's good side he can, A burned bridge is a bridge lost. He always keeps a decent amount of money on him in case he needs it, and most of his small fortune he keeps locked away in his home. He likes to treat his clients, subordinates, and superiors well and with periodic gifts.

History: A man who never knew his parents, Marcus has lived his whole life in orphanages and halfway homes. In fact, it was an orphanage who gave him his name; hoping that naming him after a saint and an Emperor would steer him towards a pious and good life. I mean, it didn't, but the sentiment was there. He was about 11, when he ran away from the latest home. He made his way to the city of Norcoast, where he lived on the streets and had to beg, steal, and scavenge to survive. That's what brought him one day to the doors of the Brass Lantern, a pretty prominent tavern. Which was a racket front for the Blackjacks, the most prominent crime syndicate in the Empire. But Marcus didn't know that, especially not that night when he tried to steal from a cart that had been parked around the back of the tavern.

He was about to get away with a serious satchel of Gold, when he was caught by 4 men. Two black eyes and a broken leg later, the goons managed him to the ground. He was bagged and dragged into the cart, going for a ride with the gold he had tried to lift. He was unbound an hour later, facing three figures, one of them concealed in the shadows. They were the three highest members of the Blackjacks; Jack, the Maid, and Ace. They told him that he had almost gotten away with 1,500 gold, and normally they'd have killed him for it, but they had decided on something else for the young man. They had heard about Marcus before, how he was a street kid running around trying to make a silver piece.

They figured they could use someone with motivation like that. So they took the young teenager in, gave him a roof and meals, and taught him everything about the business they ran. The Maid, the Director of Operations, taught him the logistics of the job; keeping books, gaining and maintaining contacts, and organizing an internal hierarchy. Jack, Director of Chaos, taught him about street operations; picking pockets, shaking down debtors, setting up rackets, and eliminating competition. Now, years later, Marcus is one of the leading members of the Blackjacks under the Big Three, and still hasn't lost that motivation to thrive.

Greatest Flaw: As much as he brags that he's a cut above, he turns to violence much quicker than even he admits he should.

Greatest Asset: A great mind for business, and a great talker.

Favorite Food: Skewered Roast Chicken and vegetables
