The Future of FarmsNdungeons

Well, today was an interesting day. I woke up, did my usual Warcraft trolling around Org and hooked up with some guildies, did some shitfest wipe dungeons, but always expected and always worth it. I was excited because I had a 29 man list of promising raiders to join in on our first raid adventure. When raid came along, only 22 after scrambling to get people in World Chat. We killed 0 things.

This was a negative thing of course, because it was a waste of time for people but also a disappointed time of excitement. With that said, a positive is always with a negative. This made me consider, where is this guild going?

I started this guild as a casual/raiding guild, which it stands. But it's brought more light and more potential than I ever thought. I could of never done this by myself, it was the time of every member whos stayed loyal and every staff that comes on everyday to represent us.

With that said, it gives you an intrigue to become a known guild, but also to get somewhere in this world/game we love so much.

The game we spent days and weeks for doing the dirtiest bitty grind, we want to be rewarded. That reward is beating the raids.

Raiding isn't mandatory in our guild, but is a main focus.

I'm sick of hearing and seeing people quit, like "We are not getting to raiding fast enough" "I worry about the times"

Drop the bullshit.

If you want to raid with us, stay with us. Cause once you leave, the string is broken. You'll learn too, that if another guild takes you or asks you, its mostly gonna bite you in the ass. Just look at the few that left us already.

NOW! This time issue. It can be split EU/NA I have and are guilds doing it. Just at first we need to find median days and times. We need to take votes and talk about it. Eventually, I hope we can have more than one raid team.

So with this said, I plan trash runs in the near future to enter MC. What will trash runs do? Well we only need 20-25 people for a trash run and we can get our boe and epic gears while at it.

I have ran and alot of us multiple runs all week and last week gearing up, I will be focusing on setting the event calender to live runs and planned runs so we can keep the solidness of runs going!

There is a merge in effect and will be merges in the future of smaller guilds. This has NO effect on us. These people are brought in from small guilds, who are friends of mine online that I trust and have the same goal to be successful.

Alot is coming. With that said, lets stick together and become known. Lets be the best. Like the rest. Do not rush the process.

I'm really impressed by how much love and effort this guild's leadership put into the guild. And I think we members should follow in that example. I may not be 60 yet, but I'm leveling as fast as I can to be able to tank for all of you guys in MC and future raids!

We have great people here with a great sense of community. We've grown so fast as a guild and continue to do so. I'm excited to see what the future has to offer!

Gearing up doing 5 mans is part of the fun too, don't forget to enjoy the ride !. The purples will come as well in time and will be all the sweeter for the effort put in. That's what makes Vanilla great !
