Interesting that we were both wrong! I guess that is what we get for assuming too quickly. Yay for Joanna Garcia though I guess they are going to have to dye her hair. I'm rather excited! Can't wait!

Rumor Has It
It could be. You never know with him. Or the writers on the show.

Rumor Has It
Hm. I lay odds on Dan. It could be Chuck though because we all know he loves his beauties. :teehee:

I love that about her as well Annemarie. She is such a lovely person.

Nathan Fillion
Yummy! Thank you for that lovely image. :blowkiss:

Save Yourself: Sam/Naomi thread
I think that is the point. The characters are confused themselves so their actions are confusing to viewers. Of course I could be just giving way too much credit.

Rumor Has It
I am pretty sure Mike and Susan will end up back together at some point in the next season. I don't think it is going to be her at the alter though. I'm pretty sure it is Katherine that he marries.

'House' boss to Huddy fans: 'I apologize'
Jun 18, 2009, 12:45 PM | by Michael Ausiello

It's been more than a month since House fans learned that the much-heralded Huddy hookup was nothing more than a figment of Dr. Crabbypants' unstable imagination and they're still feeling a tad sexually frustrated. Not to mention a little duped by producers who months earlier promised to take the long-simmering relationship to the next level. What do those crazy kids have to say for themselves? And what's in store for Huddy in season 6? Find out after the jump...

"I don't think we cheated them [but] I do think we teased them," series creator David Shore admitted last night just prior to taking the stage for a House-centric panel discussion at the Paley Center for Media. "And I apologize for being a tease. But I don't think we cheated fans because that was a legitimate storyline that made sense. And we will follow up on it.

"It's not like it didn't matter," Shore elaborated. "The fact that House had that hallucination is extremely significant. It was not like he woke up in a shower and all of last year was just a dream. It wasn't what you might have thought it was going to be, but it was big. That was a glimpse into what House desires."

Shore's Housemate, exec producer Katie Jacobs, said that while she understands why some fans felt misled, she insisted that making viewers think the sex was real was imperative to the story. "We could not let [on] that the actual events that he imagined were not real beforehand," she explained. "The audience needed to experience [House's hallucinations] as though they were real because that is what he did."

Echoing Shore's comments, Jacobs said the fake sex will have very real repercussions for Huddy once House is sprung from the asylum (House returns Sept. 21). "I don't think he hallucinated that scenario with someone he works with and someone he has feelings for in some random way," she pointed out. "I think that was his mind telling him something, and I think fans can count on that story not being over yet. For me, that was the twist that was most symbolic of how serious his mental illness is. Hearing a voice that manifests itself as Amber is one sort of random thing, but Cuddy is a real person who is still alive and still in his life. It is meaningful, just not in the way that Huddy fans were hoping for."

It was certainly meaningful to Lisa Edelstein, who didn't hallucinate making out with Hugh Laurie. "Even though it didn't happen for real, I got to shoot that scene -- and I might get to shoot another later on down the road," she said with a laugh. Edelstein then delivered this message to Huddy fans: "Stay with me. Give Huddy time. Don't give up hope."

Indeed, Shore said he's "absolutely open" to the possibility of Huddy having actual sex this season. "That's not to say it will happen or won't," he hedged. "We are just starting to work on next season and it is not all decided. But clearly he wants it to happen -- at least subconsciously. And I think we know that Cuddy likes him, too."

Okay, Huddy fans: Are you buyin' what they're sellin'? Do you agree that the end justified the means? Sound off below! (Reporting by Carrie Bell)

06/21 - [Battlestar Galactica alumnus Rick] Worthy is in negotiations for a recurring role on NBC's Heroes next season, playing the new partner of Matt Parkman: an experienced and capable Los Angeles cop and someone who Matt can lean on for advice. Source: The Hollywood Reporter

06/14 - Here is a summary of spoilers sent via a news letter to those who got a Heroes All Access Membership: We're all very excited about the next volume of Heroes (volume 5) called "REDEMPTION." All of our characters, in way or another, return to their normal lives after the turmoil and tragedy of "FUGITIVES." One of the big issues we'll be exploring is how should a person with abilities live his or her life. Should they try to assimilate by hiding their abilities, or should they live more honestly, exposing their powers to the world? Claire will be at the forefront of that issue, starting college in Washington, D.C., and trying to discover, as all college kids do, who she really is. But re-adjusting to normal life won't be easy, especially when Claire is caught in the crossfire of her parent's divorce and a mysterious suicide on campus. Meanwhile, Peter and Nathan are trying to get their lives back on track. Peter is trying to be a hero in the purest sense - saving on life at a time. But that means cutting himself off from friends and family. It's only when Peter makes a romantic connection with a fascinating new "powerful" woman that he'll find out that life means staying connected to others. Nathan is discovering new things about himself everyday, mostly due to the fact that he's actually Sylar. Matt will have to live with the guilt of what he did to Sylar; making his attempts to live a normal life with his wife and child virtually impossible. Noah Bennet (HRG), with the help of Tracy Strauss, Angela Petrelli and all of our Heroes, is tasked with forming a new COMPANY. But that new organization won't be concerned with conspiracies and prisons anymore. It will be about people. Finding them. Connecting to them. And figuring out why so many of them have been seduced by another "organization" out there that treats people with abilities in a fascinating, dangerous and potentially deadly new way. 06/14 - British actor Ray Park, whose role as Darth Maul in Star Wars: Episode I -- The Phantom Menace made him an icon to fanboys far and wide, is joining the cast for a sizeable arc. [...] Little is known about Park's role, except that he's playing one of the colorful characters at the center of the show's Carnivale-esque storyline. (My guess? He's the character described in the breakdowns as "Knife Thrower.") Source: The Ausiello Files

06/14 - According to the Hollywood Reporter, Prison Break's Robert Knepper (aka creepmaster T-Bag) will be playing Samuel, a charismatic fellow with a knack for mischief. For at least six episodes, Knepper's Samuel will be the key figure in the death carnival, the primary new setting and storyline for season four. [...] Also on deck for Heroes season four is Madeline Zima, whose life this summer will be intercutting between Californication, where she plays cerebral tease Mia, and the environs of fictional Costa Verde, Calif., where she will be in college with Claire. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Zima's Heroes character, Gretchen, is "an edgy outsider." In other news, look for the casting later this month of new character Emma, who is hot, hearing impaired and smart. Emma will first appear in episode three and recur throughout the volume. She is expected to be a new love interest for Peter Petrelli. Masi Oka's Hiro Nakamura will also be a major focus of Volume Four, as he works to undo some of the damage done to his life since the eclipse unleashed his powers. [...] Hiro's bloody noses and headaches are not going away next season on Heroes. In fact, it's going to be a cause for speculation on if we're going to lose another hero soon.Source: Kristin on E!Online

Save Yourself: Sam/Naomi thread
The thing I like about them the most is how real their story is. People who marry young do grow up and sometimes apart. Sadly they chose the easy way out and filed for divorce rather than get to know each other again. I say easy because that is how it has been portrayed. They didn't work on anything or think about working on anything until after they filed. It is a story seen too often in real life. Hopefully they will be able to get to know each other again and be able to forge a future together.
