The scene opens up with Kevin Smith holding a bunch of fireworks. He sets them down and then looks at the camera, having a huge smile on his face. It’s New Years Eve! 2018 is coming while 2017 is going. Today is the day to reflect on the good times and the bad times that have happened this past year. So, I’m going to do just that for all of you! Kevin Smith thinks to himself before continuing I became the first ever GCW Legacy Champion. That title I still adore today and the title that I can proudly say I made it to what it is today. The matches me and Danny had elevated a title that had no history or prestige behind it, to a top tier championship. Then, I went on to challenge for the GCW Heavyweight Championship. Even though I lost, I can still call that an accomplishment. After a couple of months, I came back and won the GCW Tag Team Championships with Mace Douglas. The title reign was short but I’m glad that I have another achievement to add to my list. Now...for the bad things... Kevin thinks again before continuing The GCW Heavyweight Championship Tournament, where I lost to that disgusting, desperate and a disgrace named Calvin Radcliffe. Yeah, I still remember. If it weren’t for him cheating, you would see me with the GCW Heavyweight Championship around my waist! Lets fast forward to where I lost the GCW Legacy Championship to the current GCW Champion, Joshua Ryan. That man devalued the title that I worked my ass off to make prestigious! Seeing him walk around with that title, not giving a damn about that title made me sick. I’m glad it’s on someone who can actually come close to making it prestigious as I did. Then, Fright Night. I guess you can call it probably one of the biggest GCW PPV Main Events of all time if you want? Kevin Smith vs. Mace Douglas, The Warrior vs. The DEADLY One for the GCW Heavyweight Championship, 3 Stages of Hell. That says it all doesn’t it? I got injured in that match, had to take some time off to rest my injuries to come back even stronger and better than ever. But that all crashed in one month when Hamish hit me with a New Beginning last week at Holiday Havoc. Congratulations Hamish and Evan, you accomplished something. Now that I’ve got that all off my chest, I’m not going to dwell on the past, it’s time I look to the future. 2018 is going to be MY year. It starts when I defeat the well known, Michael Stark. Kevin Smith rubs his hands together with a smirk on his face. Michael has been on a roll lately hasn’t he? The thought of ending that makes me feel so good. At Lightning Michael, you will experience pain, you will experience destruction, you will experience a beating that you’ve never had in your whole career. I don’t need Mace Douglas to help me in defeating this pathetic man...because I’m just going to have fun with him. Kevin Smith picks up one of the fireworks and lights it on fire. A loud noise is heard from the firework and in the background, a woman screams. Kevin Smith slowly turns around with an annoyed look on his face. SHUT THE HELL UP, I’M TRYING TO HAVE FUN HERE.. Kevin Smith turns back around and looks at the camera one more time.. Happy New Years everyone...cheers to the Kevin Smith Year... Kevin Smith walks off as the scene fades to black... |
