WANTED LVL

When a character is wanted in GTA the police typically will either try to ARREST, or WASTE you. There will be a system that determines when, and how your wanted level will be raised.

5 Star Wanted Scale:
1 Star Conditions

  • If you do something in character that is considered unlawful people may decide to call the Police on you. Other role players who are in the scene may call the police on you if there is a situation in a scene where they seem it is fit.
  • If you are in a scene and you want to spice things up you may Roleplay yourself obtaining a star.
  • If you are in public places flashing guns, or doing drug deals, or fighting and someone calls the police you cannot void them because that is realistic. If you steal a car someone will have the right to call the Police and report this.
  • Having 1 star does not result into police trying to kill you, but only chasing you down for the arrest. Police will only chase you on foot unless you happen to run by a Squad car.

2 Star Conditions

  • If you are invading Police from having 1 star, but you did not successfully escape after 5 minutes the Police forces will begin to get more tough and will result in a 2 star count.
  • Stealing vehicles in the presence of Police will automatically bump you star count to 2.
  • If Police feel as though you are going to escape they may begin trying to Waste you, instead of just going for the arrest.
  • If anyone is NPC'ing the Police they are now able to send at most 2 squad cars after you.
  • Murdering anyone, NPC or Player, will automatically cause your character to gain 2 stars.

3 Star Conditions

  • If you are invading the Police from having 2 Stars, but you did not successfully escape after 5 minutes the Police forces will begin to get more tough and will result in a 3 star count.
  • Once you have 3 stars Police will more likely try to Waste you unless they feel as though they can arrest you instead.
  • If anyone is NPC'ing the Police they are able to send at most 4 squad cars after you.
  • If you happen to attack any Police officer at anytime your character will automatically gain 3 stars. This also will happen if you try to steal, or damage any police cars or equipment.

4 Star Conditions

  • If you are invading the Police from having 3 Stars, but you did not successfully escape after 10 minutes the Police forces will begin to get more tough and will result in a 4 star count.
  • Once you have 4 stars Police will not most likely try to Waste you, but they can arrest of they want.
  • If you are invading the Police, but have murdered a lot ( no certain number, but say a handful of officers ) of them when trying to escape from any wanted level your start count will automatically raise to 4. This includes blowing up a number of squad cars during the process.
  • If anyone is NPC'ing the Police they are able to now use a Helicopter to pursue you; which is realistically hard to invade. If you wind up blowing up the helicopter after another 1 minute another one will come into play.
  • If anyone is NPC'ing the Police they are able to now use Armored Squad Trucks to pursue you.

5 Star Conditions

  • If you are invading the Police from having 4 Stars, but you did not successfully escape after 10 minutes the Police forces will begin to get more tough and will result in a 5 star count.
  • Once you have a 5 star account you are considered completely dangerous and the Police will call in the National Guard; or Armed Forces in other words. They will not stop pursuing you until you are Wasted.
  • If anyone is NPC'ing Armed Forces they are able to use a Tank to pursue you. They are also able to use 2 helicopters as well, and a maximum of 5 squad cars, and Squat forces.
  • The use of Armed Force vehicles, or Massively destructive weapons will automatically raise your star count to 5.

Situational Wanted LVL

If the mission template states No Wanted Level; then no matter what your character does the Police will not intrude the scene.
If the mission template states a certain star level cap then no matter what you do police forces will not go above that cap.
If the mission statement specifically states when the police will interfere during the mission that is when the person who is hosting the mission should Roleplay police interference properly.
These conditions will be more understood once Players actually create, and scene the mission itself.

Ways To Clear Your Wanted Level

Pay&Spray: If you are in pursuit by the Police one way to clear your stars is to find a Pay&Spray. You may not just Roleplay finding a Pay&Spray. You will have to actively scene finding one that is in an IC room. For example, if you are scening inside the bank and you commit a robbery; you will have to leave that bank scene properly and find a IC room that has a Pay&Spray and make it to that garage safely.
Police & Service vehicles are not valid to be driven into any Pay& Spray garages.

Disclaimer: If a detective character is chasing you as well if you go into that Pay&Spray they have to cancel them at chase, but your character is still known to them.

Another way to clear your star count is to find hollow stars. Hollow stars will be represented by "Yellow Small Mats". Although obtaining one of these will only reduce your star count automatically by 1 star.

If you have 2 stars or lower all you have to do is Roleplay 3 successful lines of escape. These lines should include removing yourself from the vision of the Police chasing you, and finding a good hiding spot. If you are being chased and you try to escape, but the Police wind up spotting you before your third line of escape the action is not successful.

3 Stars Require 4 Lines;
4 Stars Require 5 Lines;
And 5 Stars Require 6 Lines.

Arrest Time

In GTA once your arrested there will be various options that will substitute having your character just sitting behind bars.

Penalties

  • Any weapon that you have on your persons will automatically loose its ammo.
  • Any property that is stolen will be confiscated, and returned to the owner.

Waiting it Out
Remember in GTA each minute is considered an hour. Therefore, 24 minutes make up a day. In other words 12 hours make up 30 days. On your first count of the offense the judge will grant you the minimal sentence. Each time you get caught the time of the sentence is doubled.

Bailing Out
Paying your way out of jail is a way to get back on the streets without a waste of time. Each time you get caught for the price of the bail is doubled.

Wasting A Player

First Count: 12 Hours; $1,000
Second Count: 24 Hours; $2,000

Drug Trafficking

Minor:12 Hours; $5,000
Second Count: 24 Hours; $10,000
Major: 48 Hours; $10,000
Second Count: 96 Hours; $20,000

Grand Theft Auto

First Count:12 Hours 2,500
Second Count: 24 Hours 5,000

Vandalism

First Count: 2 minute; $500
Second Count: 4 minutes; $1,000

Rape
Roleplaying a rape is banned unless all parties involved give consent to the event before it is attempted; but if two Players agree to have this type of scene OOCLY. The penalties will be extremely high to help avoid it from actually happening.
First Count: 72 Hours No bail.
Second Count: 144 Hours No bail.

All other crimes will be put on trial and consequences will be decided by case.

Breaking Out

Once every 12 hours the convicts will be transported onto a Prison bus. During this event other Players may attempt the "Prison Break Mission" to assist your character.
