Request Name: Edit posts in closed threads
Request Info: The title says it all really. If it's at all possible to implement, I think it'd be much more convenient to be able to edit your posts even after the thread is closed. It gets a little annoying at times with things like rule threads and stuff like that where the thread is closed, but every so often when a new rule needs to be added you have to open the thread, make the change, then close it again. Like I said I don't know if it's possible to code on InvisionFree/ZetaBoards but if it is I think it'll prove useful.
Request Example(optional): N/A

Right now I'm not supporting or denying, but I justy want to know how editing closed Topics would be helpful, like mabye you could be more specific as to the use of it?

I already gave an example with a rule thread. There are a number of possibilities really... like some kind of index that needs updating every so often and whatnot. Or if it's something cosmetic like editing an error made in one of your posts in a thread that has been freshly closed.

Basically my point is it's annoying to have to re-open a thread just to re-close it again a minute or two later after the change has been made.

This should already be implemented by IF. If not, its because of the crappy way IF does things.

I can edit my own locked posts, but that could be because I'm an Admin...

But for now i can't really do anything about it. For an index type of thread that needs to be updates constantly, keep it opened, but tell others to not post in it.
