I will try to explain as best as I can about the rules to the battle system.

Damage System

Overall ATK power - Opponent's DEF = Damage delt

Magic Damage System

Character's INT + SP cost - Opponent's RES = Magic damage delt

Healing System

Character's INT x SP cost = HP Recovery

Special Moves Damage System

Overall ATK Power x2 - Opponent's DEF = Damage delt

First Turn System

Character's SPD - Opponent's SPD = First turn to the one with the highest SPD (First to move and first to attack)

Move/Grid System

This will be hard to understand at first, this will make this seems like a turn-based strategy rather than a RPG.

It will be a arena that has squares, you and your opponent move from square to square, like a chess board, you can only travel in a line, forwards, backwards or sideways, not diagonal. One Square = One Move (E.G. Character has 4 Move, can move 4 squares)

A B C D
D D D D 1
D D D D 2
D D D D 3

It will be like this in terms of the battle board, if there are empty spaces in the area, it means that you can't reach it so you might have to go the long way round to reach the other side. The coloured square is your spawn point where your entire party start out at.

Don't worry, that grid is only an example, the actual grid will be made by someone with programs like Paint, Photoshop, etc. It will be more accurate and detailed.

Counter System

When attacking or attacked, both monster and character must take turns to countering each other.
You must toss a coin or anything small and has two different sides, if it goes in your favor, you may counter your monster's attack, you must also do the same for the monster.
If it doesn't go in your favor or the monster's, the countering stops or never accures.
If you run out of counter points, you are unable to counter an attack until after the whole turn is finished so don't use all the countering against one monster.
