This is for those who are going to send a bill to the assembly or being a judge for the upcoming bill, you must read this!

Judge Voting

When the bill is presented, the judges that take part must either say AYE or NAY. It is a point system for this, when you say AYE or NAY, you must give out the points towards your answer.

Your Level x10 = Points given for answer

E.G. 100 Points to AYE (Level 10 x 10 = 100)

Bill Results

If there are more AYEs than NAYs, then your chosen bill passes, BUT, if ther are more NAYs than AYEs, then your bill fails and you earn nothing, BUT, you do have the choice to make the bill pass BY FORCE, you and your party must wipe out the judges that said NAY to make the bill pass, this can be very risky depending on how many judges said NAY and what level they are.

Each bill must cost a fixed amount of MANA to use, if the bill fails, your MANA won't recover so be wise when using MANA to pay for a bill to offer.
