Beginner Posts: 20 Group: Members Member #85 Joined: October 28, 2008	Welcome all, just so we can get to know each other a bit better I was wondering what everyone's favourite genre of game was? Before you post i just wanna say that I don't want to get bogged down in the technical details of "What is a fighting game." and "What is an RPG." if it works for you then just go ahead and say it, also say one or two games from this genre you particularly like if possible. Now to get the ball rolling, normally I go for mostly actiony/fighting games, mainly games like Dynasty Warriors (And all the similar games). However, lately I have been both on somewhat a huge streak of (oddly) RPGs and horror games. My favourite RPGS: - Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Fable 2 (With passion!) - Vampires, The Masquerede: Bloodlines My favourite horror games: - Silent Hill (especially number 2) - Clock tower 3 (With a huge passion!) - Resident Evil (But bumber 4 is just not scary at all.) So those are mine, my genres do depend on my mood a lot, I can think of a lot of shooting games I could have put up there for instance. Anyway, what about you guys?

My favorite action/adventure games: Dynasty Warriors - hack n' slash game. It has very interesting history and fiction. Many characters to be played Metal Gear solid - no doubt, it is the best action/adventure game. It has cool characters. Its story is not only serious but it has humours Tenchu - I love this stealth kind of game. It has its own unique stealth kills. My favorite fighting games: Soul Calibur - Every characters have their own movesets and mostly their movesets are so flexible. It has awesome gameplay and graphics. Mortal Kombat - MK is not as good as Soul Calibur but it has its own unique gameplay such as kicking your opponent off from the cliff. My favorite horror game: Resident Evil 4 - I have never played other RE. It is the best and almost perfect game for PS2. The graphics are so amazing and they are almost realistic. My favorite RPG: Monster Hunter - I like creating a character and buy armours and weapons. This game is very interesting where you can upgrade your own character and fight with monsters.

Beginner Posts: 15 Group: Members Member #97 Joined: December 15, 2008	-Fighting games: Tekken,Soul Calibur,Dead or Alive -Hack 'n' slash games: Dynasty Warriors(I really can't remember the other ones I like) -RPG,at first I didn't like them especially those random battles and I wasn't really that good.Sometimes just the story of some games makes you also love the genre it is.: FFVII,FFXII,FFIX,FFX Shadow Hearts series
