- Administrator Approval Power Act HEREBY grants Administrators (or Admins) of the ZetaBoards the power to approve of Employee Applications. REASONING that Admins can review the Applicant with a better inside look at potential security breaches. GRANTS Admins the power to place a PENDING status on any Applicant while they inform the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Internal Officer on the Security matter. REQUIRES that Admins have a good reasoning behind the PENDING status, the CEO or CIO can override the PENDING status, if both agree to an override. IN THE EVENT that a Chief Internal Officer is not appointed, the Majority Shareholder will take the power to help the override of a PENDING status. |

- Shareholders' Vacant Seat Resolution HEREBY defines this RESOLUTION, as a proceedure of what the Shareholder's will do in the event that the minimal amount of seats are not filled in the Shareholder's elections. GIVES and GRANTS the Majority Shareholder the power to appoint Employees to the vacant seats as they see fit, with a quick vote approval from the other Shareholders. DECREES that any Employee can apply to the Majority Shareholder for a position. REQUIRES that the Majority Shareholder bring forth any Employee forward to the Shareholders for approval, no matter personal conflicts, or past crimes (unless Court Rulings prevent.) ANY applicant who is approved by the Shareholder's quick vote bypasses approval or veto from the Chief Executive Officer. |

Administrator Approval Power Act Accepted. Indeed. Since there is not a CIO as of late, then you, as majority, should have the power to approve applications. Since you are a shareholder, you are a representative of the employee body and should have the right to approve applications. I agree fully with it all. Shareholders' Vacant Seat Resolution Accepted We are desperate for employees at the moment, perhaps another unwritten duty of yours will help the Culture officer increase activity. We are desperate for that as well. |
