These rules are for DM and players alike who wishes to create characters or hold a session in Wiscouth. It is always best to inform the SubNarrator before attempting to create a place or a character, or anything related to the Wiscouth. The SubNarrator can reject or otherwise reset anything as necessary.
- Notes for character creation:
-
-ANY characters (PC/NPC) came from Wiscouth CANNOT willingly disrespect Elohino, to do so is a grave faux pas. -Even if a Wiscouth character does not worship Elohino, he/she MUST still shows a degree of respect to the dead Goddess, by not tarnishing her name or excessively harm the environment for example. -Conservative Wiscouth characters respect laws and traditions and will not willingly violate any known rules and laws. -Libreal Wiscouth characters are quick to adopt new rules if it suits their need. -Moderate Wiscouth characters prefer to weigh in their options before taking important decisions. They are not that quick to change, but will try to adapt if it is necessary for the good of many.
- Notes for session and organizations
-
-Your organization, if any, MUST first gain the approval of the SubNarrator. You can send your proposal through forum PM or discord PM. Their scope of influence WILL be limited at the start of the campaign, and will grow or diminish as decided by the SubNarrator. Furthermore, you MUST choose one coalition as your organization main political stance; Elohino’s Grove (Conservative), Omahkapi’si (Liberal) or Populist (Moderate). -You can create a small settlement or landmark as long as you keep it non-influential, non-fixed, blur, and claiming no hyperlative/superlative matters. Any kind of changes that might give an impact to Wiscouth MUST first gain SubNarrator approval. -If you wish to create a more permanent settlement or landmark, consult and gain the approval of the SubNarrator. -When your proposals have been approved, you can create a new thread on Wiscouth sub-forum. You are responsible of the content, but the SubNarrator can edit or delete as necessary. -Generally speaking, Wiscouth people are very humble and hardy, but quick to anger. When they help others, they never ask anything in return. Druids are revered, rangers are respected, especially if they actively working to improve Elohino’s condition. Other classes can gain the same level of respect if they are proven as friends of nature. -Stereotypical Wiscouth characters with no/low influence with less than 5 members are easier to approve. -Avoid paradox and contact relevant DM to avoid violating their property and territory.
Additional rules and guidelines might be posted as necessary.
