I can handle apologetics no problem and I can probably do website support as well. You might want to put at least a link to a FAQ section if not an FAQ section right on the contact screen with the instructions, "Before asking us your question, see if it's already answered in the FAQ." And perhaps list all the FAQ questions up front for people who don't have the attention span to skim the titles. |
