Light and Darkness; Another poem

Health: 600/600 Posts: 1,577 Group: Admin Member #8 Joined: 6 January 2008	Light and Darkness Which am I Black of alley or Cloud of Sky Light Sun's rays fall to eyes Crystal facets on a clear blue sky Bleeding feathers are all that divide Me, from Light's embrace Darkness The shadow on my heart The tortured sorrow that has worn away That which stabs and pains the eyes None is left to burn the innards of my heart But wait, what Light through yonder window breaks Glistening, granting my vision of all But do all I see Or do all I see be Light Yet, is Light the thing I want to see most of all The shadow in my heart grows I welcome Dark's embrace While would-be bearers of the light Drives shadow into its own space Light constantly drives back the Dark With it's rays I see See the Darkness, stepping back When I see it I think of me Darkness in my heart Shadow knows my pain Light would burn at such a weakness My heart would burn the same Light and Darkness beckon My wants I cannot reckon As the gears of time unfurl Will I ever be able to choose one Please point out any rhyming pattern inconsistencies. I'm really too tired right now. The only one I noticed was the last line. It's not supposed to rhyme. Though I suppose, in time. You may find what was meant to rhyme. ...Shit, I'm rhyming aren't I?
