However, science is a study of how things are. It has nothing to do with how things should be and is useless in determining morality. Exactly. And I also think that most wars using religion are not really caused by religion, but by greed or other motifs by leaders who use religion as an excuse to get what they want. And eugenics is a good example that if you do science poorly, your results will be likewise.

Though that is probably true, I don't think the church was any more instrumental than any other public institution at the time. Just because the Nazis had "God is with us" on their belt-buckles that didn't make them crusaders any more than having skulls on their hats made them pirates (But yes, Dietrich Bonhoefer was tha man)

Then, when he goes to reach for the gun in his waistband...SHOOP! Down go his pants, and down he goes. True, I like relatively baggy pants myself, but that's because I like to be able to move around. I mean, there's thing thing called a belt. USE ONE. Which reminds me. Putting a gun in your waistband is a stupid idea and it annoys me so much. In the back, well, you're missing a chunk of flesh that's rather important for this thing called "walking." Oh, and "running away." In the front, well...if you're a guy and it goes off, welcome to the land of the eunuchs! Oh, Blaze, capris are not "saggy shorts". They are a style of pants that (generally) girls wear when they wanna show ankle but look bad in shorts/don't wanna wear shorts/feel like wearing capris.
