New Member Posts: 2 Group: Members Member #430 Joined: 17 October 2009	I'd like to know what your view is on it i dont care what you believe in god or not.I believe anyone should have the right to marriage no matter who or what they are or what gender.And if god found this wrong then he would have not created such a thing or destroyed it so theres my thoughts.This post and topic is not meant to be offensive and flaming will be frowned upon by myself and whoever else.

If Gay people want to get married legally, I'm all for it, but sticking God's approval on it is a lie. Leviticus 18:22. The bible says it pretty clear to me. And sorry if I'm somewhat brisque, but I've worked up an answer, seeing this question alot, and sometimes, the phrase, 30 seconds or less comes to mind. It's all cool though.

I see no reason why people of the same gender should not be allowed to do whatever people of different gender do. I.e. I'm all for equal rights. I also agree that the Bible seems pretty clear that this is an abomination in the eyes of God, so it would be natural for people who follow the God of the Bible to be against it. This means I would find it reasonable for groups of people who follow this God to refuse to marry people of the same gender, to refuse then to join their group and to openly profess their views on this subject as long as they are not malignantly harassing other people.

It says pretty clear that it's an abomination. But as far as I've heard one does not need to follow the Bible word-by-word to be a Christian.
