my religeon is Agnostic. I have had a lot of my christian friends try to convert me to christianity, but I am to stubborn;) I have nothing agains christianity, it is just another religeon, just like buhdisim. (Is that even a word?!) I respect what other people believe, as long as they do not kill people.

Now this is interesting. Why would you call Agnostic a "religion"?

Well, It's a belief, why wouldn't it be a religion? It's just like if you are a christian, it's a belief, it's a religion.

Ah, but I believe that kangaroos live in Australia. Would you call that a religion?

Depends. If you believe Kangaroo's are sacred because they live in Australia, then maybe.
If you worship the kangaroo's...

That's kind of my point. Religions usually entails some sort of worship. And I don't see what and how anything is "worshipped" by being an agnostic?

Most religions allow free will.
Otherwise you wouldn't be in the religion.

Just so you know.

I don't think Calvinism goes for free will too much. I think predestination has it that if you believe its because God made you believe, and if you don't, its because God has hardened your heart.

as you can probably guess, I don't think much of a God that will make people not believe in him and then punish them for it.

Well I'm an Atheist and I don't worship free will. I hold no sermons in honor of free will, I give no sacrifices to it. I build no temples in tribute to it and I don't even have any reason to assume that it exists.

It is of course entirely possible to be an Atheist and worship free will, just like you can be an Atheist and eat an apple. But I don't think it defines you as an Atheist.

Now, Concolor, you describe yourself as a secular humanist (which I think is more descriptive than saying what you're not). Would you agree that free enquiry and free democratic society are part of that belief system?

Of course there are religious and nonreligous people who believe that free will is an illusion
