Official Document of his Majesty
and the Monarchy

We, the citizens of Greater Rivieria, in order to ensure the sovereignty of this region and the freedoms of its peoples, from this day on herewith adopt this Constitution.

Article I

Citizenship
Section I

(I) A citizen of Greater Rivieria is a Rivirian.
(II) Any person after applying for citizenship on the regional forum is eligible for citizenship of the region. Citizenship is granted by an administrator after accepting the correct forum.
a. Furthermore, to qualify for citizenship, a person must have a nation within the Region of Greater Rivieria.
(III) As a citizen of Greater Rivieria, citizens have the right to partake in regional events, vote in regional elections, and partake in other unspecified forums within His Majesty's Kingdom.
(IV) If a citizen of Greater Rivieria neglects their Civic Duties as a citizen such as voting in regional elections or remaining active within the region, they will be removed from the status of (Full) Citizen to Resident.
(V) Citizenship may be revoked at any time by Administrators as long as His Majesty's Government deems the action agreeable and lawful.

Section II

(I) A (Full) Citizen of the Region of Greater Rivieria, by the law of the region and His Majesty's Government, has permission to:
• Run in all regional elections
• Vote in all regional elections
• Partake in regional events and activities
• Open a business
• Form a Political Party
• Affiliate with a Political Party
• Join His Majesty's, Royal Military
• Live by other unspecified unalienable rights that the Crown alone can not grant

Article II

(I) Any member of His Majesty's Government excluding the Monarch themselves can be impeached by a three-fourth majority of the Senate if viewed lawful by the Monarch. A case must be opened in the High Courts if this should ever happen.

The Monarchy
Section I

(I) Chief Executive Power by the right of the Church of Greater Rivieria grants the Monarch of Greater Rivieria with this power.
(II) The Monarch of Greater Rivieria oversees government activity including the Senate and the Royal Courts
(III) The Crown, overseeing the Royal Courts does not have the power to interfere with the decision of the Chancellor of the High Courts and their Judges.
(IV) The Crown, overseeing the Senate has the power to veto laws passed by the Senate, this would call for a revote by the Senate and a Judicial Overview by the Chancellor of the High Courts and their Judges.

Section II

(I) The Crown is invested with these powers along with other unspecified ruling rights:
• Oversee Government Activity
• Veto Legislative Bills and call for either a Revote and or a Judicial Review
• Invest their Ruling Powers upon a selected heir of theirs

The Senate
Section I

(I) Legislative Powers shall be invested in the Senate and its Lords.
(II) Statutes cannot be passed without the consent of the Senate and must act within accordance of the Constitution of Greater Rivieria.
(III) A Lord may only hold one seat in the Senate.
(IV) The leader and overseer of the Senate, a representative of His Majesty shall be known as the Lord of the Hall, the Lord of the Hall will be elected among his peers within the week after a Senatorial Election.

Section II

(I) The Senate of Greater Rivieria is invested with these powers among others by the Monarch of the region:
• Right to author bills
• Right to vote on bills
• Ability to sponsor a bill written by any citizen, within the Senate or out of the Senate
• Right to vote among themselves to select the Lord of the Hall
a. If a tie happens, it is the Duty of the King to select the Lord of the Hall

The Royal Courts
Section I

(I) Judicial Powers shall be invested in the Royal Courts of Greater Rivieria.
(II) The Head of the Royal Courts is to be known as the Chancellor of the High Courts.
(III) The Chancellor, after an election, is to select one High Judge to preside with.

Section II

(I) The Chancellor of the High Courts is invested with these powers among others:
• Right to preside over legal cases
• Ability to call a Judicial Review over a bill
• Right to update the legal procedures to enter in a case of matter
• The Chancellor has the right to interpret the Constitution

The Royal Ministries
Section I

(I) The Royal Ministers shall deal with the other functions of the Government. Such as Interior, Culture, and Foreign Duties.
(II) Within the first week of their term, a Minister has the right to appoint a Secretary to aid them in their term.

Section II

(I) The Interior Ministry will be concerned with duties of keeping Citizenship Records and other files of his Majesty's Government.
(II) The Culture Ministry will be concerned with the duties of roleplaying, festivals, and public relations.
(III) The Foreign Ministry will be concerned with the duties of foreign relations and ambassadorial appointment along with embassy exchange.
(IV) All Ministers must report to the Monarch weekly and provide details on the doings of the week concerning the Ministry.

Article III

Elections
Section I

(I) Elections for the Ministers and the High Courts will take place every other month starting after the first election for the Ministers and High Courts.
(II) Elections for the Senate will take place on every alternate month of the Ministry Elections.
(III) The elections will be held by the Electoral Commisioner.

Popular Assembly
Section I

(I) The Popular Assembly will be concerned with the duties of electing Administrators.
(II) The Popular Assembly will be concerned with any unspecified duties unfulfilled by the other offices of His Majesty's Government.

Adminstrators
Section I

(I) Administrators, not a part of His Majesty's Government will preside over the forum and discord in His Majesty's name.
(II) Administrators will moderate the forums and be tasked with completing any minor requests conceived by a Citizen, Resident, Tourist, or Ambassador of the region.
(III) Administrators will be elected during a session of the Popular Assembly.

Section II

(I) Administrators may be impeached by the Senate with a three-fifth majority and the approval of the Monarch of Greater Rivieria.
(II) There will be three administrators that preside over the forum and the discord.

Article IV

Amendments
Section I

(I) At any time in the future, an amendment or addition may be added to this document by vote of the Senate.
