Character History
Announcer-san was born and raised in the Suginami Ward of Tokyo, Japan, to an American mother and Japanese father. With both her parents being active television personalities, as Announcer-san grew up, she aspired to fill the shoes of a similar role to that of her parents. First she tried acting; it didn't pan out so well. Her emotions and frequent quirky outbursts would get her in trouble on set and she soon saw herself filling the roll of background characters in large crowds on dramas. Since that didn't pan out she tried her luck as an idol, thinking her go-getter personality and energetic attitude would take her places... unfortunately despite a great voice, her vocals when singing were so horrible, that it was rumored the glass in the recording booth shattered during her audition. It soon become obvious such a career would be bust... however one of the managers on-site would take notice and soon enough, Announcer-san's big break came through.

While she couldn't sing, her voice was perfect for anime. Soon enough she found herself in many roles. One such role was on a new Gundam series, Mobile Suit Gundam Exceed, where she landed the role of the female protagonist. Following a successful run of the anime, Announcer-san became addicted to Gundam. Soon enough she found herself diving head first into the world of Gunpla. She couldn't build for shit and her fighting skills were lackluster; but the chance of participating in Gunpla battles and reliving the experiences of her character on the screen into the Gunpla before her really allowed her to get her kicks. Soon enough, Announcer-san was contracted by Yajima Holdings to be an announcer for many of its officially sponsored tournaments. With only her truly greatest and dedicated fans knowing her true name, she pushes onward, forever referring to herself as Announcer-san!

Other Information
- Announcer-san's real name is a mystery. Through some unknown means, her real name always ends up scratched out, blurred out or missing in the credits of the various animes she has voiced for. As such the credits simply credit her as Announcer-san.

- Her building and fighting skills are horrible, but for some reason she is a master of harnessing the full might of Plavsky Particles; any Gunpla she builds has a Specialty and Power of 4, even though all other attributes tend to be even lower than straight build standards.

- Whether to her fans or in the industry, Announcer-san's age is a closely guarded secret... even though her height, weight, bust and waist size are readily available.

- She loves kids and is fondly referred to by them as Ane-san or Aneki. This nickname has seemingly stuck and for those close to Announcer-san they address her as such rather than using her stage name.

- Announcer-san sometimes participates in Exhibition Matches just for show. Through totally coincidental shenanigans she has somehow managed to defeat World Champions through means currently unknown. She has been barred from fighting in official tournaments due to these unknown circumstances...

Build Grade / Total:
Build GradeCostDescription
Prototype75BG Your Gunpla is a prototype mobile suit. The Gunpla's base performance is the highest compared to other model kits, however as a result it is more difficult to control, lacking in high Control.
Minus Grade0BGMy god, your Gunpla looks beautiful! Those curves, 'dem aesthetics...? ... wait, did it's v-fin just fall off? Don't let looks fool you, while this Gunpla looks pretty and original, the build quality is worse than Standard Grade! No attributes may exceed 2 points.
Light0BGYour Gunpla is light weight, resulting in an increase in movement and maneuvering capabilities. However, this light-weight design has a drawback of lower defense, making you easier to damage. +1 Action Point to your added total, but -1 point to your Defense.
Physical Weaponry0BGThis Gunpla features weapons that are not beam weapons. These weapon types can have a variable degree of fire rates and damage potential, or have special features such as heat or oscillation-type weaponry. If the Gunpla fights with martial arts, they fall into this category.
High-output Weaponry0BGThis Gunpla features weapons capable of operating at higher outputs, due in part to their well-made design and intended function. In exchange for greater power, ranged weapons have a lower rate of fire compared to standard beam weaponry in this category.
Barrier Break1BGSpecial skill of the Zauberfaust. Within close proximity of a target, clenching the fist draws in a considerable amount of Plavsky Particles that shatters I-Fields, GN Fields and Beam Shields. It's a truly unfathomable ability and it'd be wonderous! If it didn't last for only a split second. Can be used constantly at no AP cost because frankly this ability does not disable shields long enough for it to be effective! Shields regenerate instantaneously if broken by Barrier Break.
Chain Bind1BGBy extending one's hands and spreading Plavsky Particles, Zauberfaust is able to create beam chains to confine an enemy unit. This cannot be avoided. They surprisingly don't burn the unit and do very little to no damage at all... also they aren't very good at holding an opponent in place as they break with the slightest force applied to them. Costs 3AP to initialize and can only be used once every four turns.
Circle Protection1BGBy extending one's hands and concentrating Plavsky Particles, the Zauberfaust is able to generate a circle of protection around itself. If it could actually protect anything; while a Gunpla cannot bypass or enter the circle, something as simple as vulcan fire easily shatters this protection field. Costs 1AP to initialize.
Photon Lancer1BGBy compressing Plavsky Particles into the Zauberfaust's fists, the Zauberfast can fire off an energy bolt of light. It's really pretty and kind of dissipates against the target without causing any harm at all. Costs 2AP to fire.
Photon Lancer Multishot1BGSame as above, but multiple Photon Lancers are generated insteads of one; a maximum of fifty! Costs 4AP to fire up to 10 shots. Any additional 10 shots costs another 2AP.
Round Shield5BGA more focused version of Circle Protection. Generates a round plavsky shield in front of the unit similar in function to a GN Field or I-Field. And it actually functions as it should! It costs the normal amount to block attacks and after each instance blocked must be charged for a turn before being used again.
Thunder Fall15BGHow the hell I mean is this even possible? The Zauberfaust slams it's fist into the ground (Or if there is no ground, into space... what?) Which shatters the surrounding ground (Or shatters space itself, the fuck?) and sends shockwaves of thunder throughout the field at a maximum range of 1000 meters. Getting struck by one of the lightning spires is like being hit by a powerful hyper mega particle cannon. It can be easily blocked, but dodging costs an additional point on the next turn to avoid. It costs the entirety of the user's AP to execute, but can be used multiple times so long as a three turn cooling period is observed. User can move, but not attack the turn following Thunder Fall.

Gunpla History
Painstakingly built by the high-energy engine known as Announcer-san, the Zauberfaust, or "Magic Fist" Gundam is a breathtaking display of Gunpla building genius... if only that were truly the case. Despite a beautiful aesthetic design and full flexibility, The Zauberfaust is structurally weak and easily damaged. This is not actually intended, rather it's due to the builder's poor building skills. While skilled with art, applying that to an actual Gunpla for Announcer-san is extremely difficult.

The model number of the Zauberfaust gives way to the arduous trials Announcer-san had to fight through to get this far... this is the 59th iteration of her Zauberfaust after only starting her career in the past few years. Throughout those 59 iterations, very little has changed to improve the structural integrity of the Gunpla. It can surprisingly survive her outrageous Plavsky-based attacks, though. One wonders when it will be perfected and her true skill really shines!
