There are parts of this application that I have taken educated guesses on.
While I am sure this will all be looked through with a fine toothed comb, I have specifically marked these parts with an asterisk.
Additionally, I noticed that another member is planning on using an Astrea unit as a base. As they already have an approved GunPla and I am actually physically building my kit I sincerely hope there will be no conflict here.
Which is not to say I believe there can be only one Astrea.

Gunpla Information
Builder/Fighter: Captain Zeon

Scale: 1/144
Class: High Grade + Scratch Weapon Parts
Model Number: GNY-001C
Base Kit: HG00 Gundam Astraea
Total Build Grade: 120BG (Prospectively)

Name: Gundam Astraea Type C "Red Comet Special"
Unit Type: Custom High Speed Anti-Ace Combat Model Kit

Fixed Armaments:

  • Forearm Mount: GN Vulcans x 2
  • Hip Mounted Multi-Launcher: "Bunker Buster" Micro-missiles x 2
  • Hip Mounted Multi-Launcher: Self-Propelled Smoke Grenades x 2
  • Hip Mounted Multi-Launcher: E-Carbon Grapnel Claw x 2

Optional Armaments:
  • GN Beam Rifle x 1, typically held in left hand
  • GN Heat Saber x 1, stored in hip sheath.
  • GN Shield x 1, held in right hand. Can be locked onto arm mount.

Image will be entered when I finish the build. Suffice to say it is a red and gold Astrea.

Model Type
Build GradeCostDescription
Prototype75BGThis unit is a limited production mobile suit. It has base performance greater than that of a mass production model, however due to such it has a lower Control, making it more difficult to pilot.

Build Type
Build GradeCostDescription
Professional Grade20BGThis is a well-constructed Gunpla with many personal touches, enough for it to show off as a display piece. Superior in design to a moderate build. Offense, Defense and Adaptability increase by one point each. When you reach 150BG total, Defense and Adaptability increase by another point each.

Weight Type
Build GradeCostDescription
Medium Weight0BGThis Gunpla is at an average weight; not too heavy, not too light and just right in all areas when it comes to balancing movement and defense. This of course means there is no added bonus to being this weight type, but there is no handicap for it, either.

Unit Features
Build GradeCostDescription
*True GN Drive10BGThis Gunpla has a True GN Drive and as a result has the capability to produce almost limitless particles. The GN Drive increases the Gunpla's Power by one point. (The Astrea Kit comes with a true GN drive already. I am not sure if I still must pay for a GN drive. It seems like the intent is to pay for modifications as opposed to base features of straight builds.)
Standard Output Weaponry0BGThis Gunpla features weapons that operate at a standard level of output. Ranged weapons have a moderate rate of fire compared to higher output weapons, but their attacks can be overpowered by higher output weapons.
Physical Weapons0BGThis Gunpla features weapons that are not beam weapons. These weapon types can have a variable degree of fire rates and damage potential, or have special features such as heat or oscillation-type weaponry. If the Gunpla fights with martial arts, they fall into this category.
*Focused GN Field5BGThis unit has a GN Tau Drive attached to its shield. The GN Tau drive has similar output to a True GN Drive, but lacks the ability to generate power endlessly and as such requires an external power source. This drive's primary function is to greatly strengthen the GN Shield's built in field. The field functions similar to a shield, but after taking two consecutive hits it must recharge, taking two turns. As the shield is localized it can only be used in the area around the GN shield. (I attempted to pattern this after the GN field already used on this board, but as a GN field is typically omnidirectional and this field specifically is effective only in front of and directly around the shield I adjusted the cost. Please correct me if I am grossly mistaken.)
*GN Amp10BGTypically a GN Drive shunts excess energy to a series of GN Condensers built into the drive allowing the build up and eventual release of greatly increased particle output, colloquially called "Trans-Am." The GN Amp is a custom built system designed to circumvent the storage of excess energy. In effect it prohibits the use of "Trans-Am" but allows the unit to utilize the full power of a GN drive at all times. Grants the unit one additional Action Point per turn, but prevents the unit from utilizing "Trans-Am". This is a permanent feature and cannot be switched off to allow "Trans-Am." (I believe this is relatively balanced, but again please correct me if you feel the need.)
*"Bunker Buster" Micro-missilesBGA smart micro-missile containing many small balls made of GN condenser material. Like most GN missiles, before being fired the the GN condensers in the "Bunker Buster" store energy from the GN Drive however unlike standard missiles the "Bunker Buster's" GN condenser material is formed into many small balls inside the missile. Upon impact the "Bunker Buster" delays detonation until it detects that it has penetrated the targeted structure at which point it explodes releasing the GN condenser balls primed for a delayed explosion. This weapon is incredibly effective at penetrating structures and destroying their supporting architecture, however due to the the spread out nature of the ordnance this weapon is not much of a threat for most well armed mobile suits. (I can not even begin to guess as to what to price this.)
*E-Carbon Grapnel ClawBGA durable claw connected to the unit by a high tensile strength E-Carbon wire. The Grapnel claw is designed to be shot from a hip mounted launcher. The actual claw structure is composed of sharped E-Carbon "fingers" that can be locked into a penetrating position or left open to allow the claw to latch onto a target. Once deployed both the unit that fired the weapon and the unit that the claw attached to will have an extremely hard time avoiding attacks from the other as they are essentially latched together. This makes dodging attacks from either suit impossible (Or possibly carries an increased AP cost for dodge, I like this idea better.). The E-carbon wire is extremely dense and will require a full instance of attack to destroy.(Again, no idea what to price this.)

Gunpla History
Captain Zeon's design philosophy is to avoid using extravagant gimmicks and underhanded tricks to allow the pilot's skills to shine. Following this design principal he designed the "Red Comet Special" to be a straight forward and powerful Gunpla that excels in one on one engagements.

Please review the following changes to your Gunpla, then reply to this topic with your approval or with any additional changes you feel need to be addressed for your Gunpla. Please also check below for some notes.

First off, your GN Amp ability. I didn't include this on here, if only because I don't know if you've read up on GN Condensers or not. GN Condensers are more than just for Trans-AM; they actually help effectively distribute power throughout the unit, as the GN Drive cannot cope with the energy demands of the mobile suit, even if it generates limitless particles. The Condensers store particles to power not only the mobile suit but various weapons by storing that excess energy; it's why when Trans-AM is used that a Gundam becomes effectively weaker, as its particle stores are depleted and it is unable to cope. So by introducing a system that does not store particles... it's kind of counter-productive to being able to operate your Gunpla, as your GN Drive would be unable to cope with the high particle demand. If you did read up on GN Condensers and had something else in mind when you came up with this ability, maybe you can explain it to me better as I might just be misunderstanding how this would be used.

As for your GN Field, I increased the cost and made it slightly different from Mist's GN Field. This is because even if the field is depleted, it can still recharge and has a physical shield beneath it. So even if the GN Field depletes, it can still defend. That is if I'm reading this correctly. If it's something more in line with a "Beam Shield" which is pretty much just a GN Drive attached to its arm that generates a shield, tell me and it'll be adjusted accordingly.

For now this unit is being reviewed under the "Old Rules" so to speak. As in I'm not approving it with the thought of our current revisions to it. As such, the unit is 25BG over the 100BG limit for official tournaments.

What this means is while you can utilize this loadout without any issues in unofficial battles (Pretty much against other players, unless they designate it as an "official battle"), in tournaments and such you are limited by your BG Amount. In this particular case, what will be limited is your Micro Missiles, Grapnel Claw and GN Field capabilities. You will be unable to utilize these in tournaments until you "unlock' them by increasing your BG.

Of course like what you stated in your topic, we're leaning towards "stock" gear costing 0BG or reduced BG. This will be implemented in the new system and profiles will need to be revised. To summarize, you can make use of the full capabilities of your Gunpla in unofficial battles, but in official tourneys you cannot. But following after this current official tourney since the rules will be going into effect by then it doesn't really matter, lol. So just hang tight; those rules should hopefully be coming out within the next couple of weeks and we'll be going over this profile again at that time (Along with all the others).

Basic GN Field Type 210BGThis mobile suit is capable of generating a Basic GN Field, thanks to the addition of a Tau GN Drive built into the unit's physical shield. The field functions similar to a shield, but after blocking a total of two instances (in no particular order) it must recharge, taking four turns. This variation of the basic GN field is applied to the surface of a physical shield, so it can only generate a field around the shield. Once deactivated, the shield operates as a normal anti-beam shield until recharged.

Attempted to avoid attacks while locked in place with the Grpanel Claw costs an additional 1 Action Point that turn for both parties. The wire connecting the Grapnel Claw to the unit can be cut with high-heat weapons such as heat blades or beam sabers, if available and in a position to do so.
