Is this not the 4th scheduled date for this game? I think the chances of there being a 5th are highly likely!

Was it Alvechurch v Oxford City that was postponed about 11 times then went to a 3rd replay? - luckily this one will be settled on the night when it is eventually played, but I'm thinking it may be heading for a record number of postponements/reschedulings?

:(

Forecast is for freezing temperatures day and night for the next few days so they may as well call it off now. The Halesowen game must already be in doubt as our pitch will either be rock hard, under snow (or both) or, if we get a spell of mild weather, waterlogged

Game postponed. Not a surprise but I thought someone ought to say it to complete the thread. Fingers crossed for Halesowen on the 27th

Looking at the forecast there is a half a chance that a game could be played on the 29th or the 30th - one or two clubs have games arranged for these dates....

...might be worth trying to persuade Boldmere??

Have had that corroborated by another two sources - nothing yet on the Official Site but there have been complications over Christmas....

Current crows estimates range between 33 and 57, short notice not good for some of us, but it does make sense to get the lads some competitive action if we can finally beat the weather

Agreed that it is sensible that we get the game played ASAP whilst there is a lull in the freezing weather (hopefully the pitch won't be waterlogged!) but the gate will be low as many people will have other things to do.

We have a really tough set of games in January which will determine to a large extent how the remainder of the season will pan out. At least Leamington and Salisbury may be a little rusty which is no bad thing

Salisbury take on Wrexham in the F.A. Trophy Second Round a week after they are due to play us. Hopefully they might have their mind on that game!

Just hope that, if the pitch is playable, it isn't fogged off now!!
