Great news. Simon Brown is a really exciting looking player on the ball. He's great to watch when he's attacking the opposition. Against Weymouth in particular he was fantastic. With the hard working and talented Kyle Patterson back it gives Rob & Larry lots more options. Great to have a chance to talk football for a minute. Just need the pitch to thaw now !

One option less in midfield though -Gavin Hurren has signed for Redditch as reported in Evening Mail

Oh no, Gavin has been a good influence in mid-field, I'd forgotten he was on loan. Slightly off his best in the last few games this might explain why. A good defensive midfielder might be on Rob & Larry's Xmas list, they don't seem to have any trouble finding players who want to join their squad.
