It was all looking so good. We can't win them all but losing after we've gone ahead (twice) is a habit we need to break

it was always going to a tough game. they must be shattered, to lose so late on.
i'm so dissapointed for them.

Gutted - but not the end of the world. We are competing with the best teams, and putting in good performances. A similar thing happened when we beat Chippenham last year. They thought the play-off were all over, then the ended up making the final.

Patterson collected a red card for a comment to the ref on the way off the pitch!

Doesn't make much difference to the league table - were still 6th.

Annoying how a red card can be given after a game, but a wrong decision can't be reversed after a game!

very disappointing to lose this game. i though we were the best side for 70 mins, passed the ball around lovely and created quite a few chances. cambridge were left with the odd counter attack. last 20 mins we still played well but defending was rubbish. gifted them 2 goals. shame to lose but was very impressed with the performance.

To be honest I have never been so livid to lose a game after today. I took solace in the car and counted very slowly to ten before my mood was improved somewhat by Zigic's last minute winner at St Andrews.

I feel genuinely robbed. We were the better side in the first half, Davidson had an absolute stormer but we should have made our possession count.

The second half was more even but the three goals came from us nodding off in one way or another. It was a cool finish for their third goal though.

Not the end of the world with Leamington losing but Rob and Larry will earn their money picking the players up for Tuesday and more importantly in terms of league points a now massive game against Chesham next Saturday.

Turning over Stafford in their backyard on Tuesday would be a nice tonic....
