![]() Notes: - Banks has a number of a investors and business associates invested in the Stallions. Banks owns 65% of the Stallions, and the other 35% is spread across a large number of people, including stockholders and fans who purchase Stallions tickets or memorabilia over $50.00. - Banks was one of the first people to get himself involved with HR Football after he heard rumblings about it during a meeting with HBO. - Banks wants nothing more than bring a sports championship to New Jersey, and will be one of the owners who is heavily involved in everything. Think Jerry Jones. - Has a tendency to sign troubled players who gave other teams headaches or have head run ins with law. Believes if he changed his ways then anyone can, and if that talents there...they deserve a shot. Notes: - Odie Stein is the General Manager of the HRFootball's New Jersey Stallions. He has worked football all his life and held a job as coach + AFL General Manager - Stein will mainly be Banks' messenger boy unless a decision goes bad. Stein will take the fall for all the bad decisions >_> - Favors long tall players and plays with a wide wingspan. - His motto is "spend, spend, spend!" when it comes to free agent talent and highly notable stars. Always goes after one big name during the free agency period. Notes: - Offensive minded coach with above average knowledge on defense, especially creating his own scheme blitzes. Runs a 3-4 defense that's typically blitz heavy. Spread offense with a lot of play action if the running game is going. - Is known to be great at making adjustments. - If the balls at least the 50 yardline, there's a 50/50 chance Whitlock will go for up. Typically, he'll go for it's 4th and under 5 yards to go with some kind of screen play. - Wants STARS on defense because he knows his system can win them games offensively. Notes: - Loves running the ball and playing out of the shotgun. - Has played football before and looked like he was going to have a promising career until he shattered his kneecap, and tore his pcl, acl, mcl. - Is viewed as one of the up and coming coaches in the game and could have a head coaching job as soon as next season if things work out with New Jersey. - Wants quick players. Notes: - Close to Coach Whitlock and has worked for him since getting into coaching. - Tendency to try to mess around and certain formations. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. - Emphasizes tackling a lot in practice. Wants a sound defense that brings a ball carrier on impact. - Wants to have three #1 corners, but will settle with two. - Pass rush heavy ![]() Notes: - TBA |
