Holy Roman Empire Hierarchy and Promotion System


Chapter I: Introduction

Article 1.The hierarchy refers to the order of legal rules or regulations by degree from higher to lower depending on the issuing competent authority.

Article 2.In enforcement of these regulations, it is important to abide by this order. The known hierarchy includes the constitution, followed by laws and then subordinate regulations.

Article 3.All guild members shall be entitled by law to enjoy the right to equality and to seek their
own aspiration. No guild member that seeks to obtain a promotion shall suffer discrimination on the grounds of ethnicity, race,
gender or religious belief.

Chapter II: Greasy Knight

Article 4. Any player that may possess knowledge of English language according to the „Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment” and owns a character with the minimum level of 120 may use it to enlist in the Holy Roman Empire under the rank of guild member.

Article 5. The new guild member must register, complete a form specified in the guide from FMO(Full Membership Office) and post it inside the forum folder to benefit the rights as a member of the Holy Roman Empire. Once he is bound to „iure iurando”(under oath), the guild member will receive the guild rank of Greasy Knight.

Article 6. The newly invited guild member has the right to receive inside the game a message that contains the required information of the procedure he must follow in order to achieve his promotion.

Article 7.The Greasy Knight has the permission to invite other players that follow the requirements specified in Art. 4 from the Holy Roman Empire Hierarchy and Promotion System Law.



Chapter III: Bacon Crusader

Article 8.Any Greasy Knight that has 14 days since he has been registered and accepted into the forum, shall have the right to request to be promoted to Bacon Crusader and his request will be accepted.

Article 9.The Bacon Crusader has the permissions of the Greasy Knight but also the right to request items from the Guild Warehouse by adding their request inside the „Withdrawal Request„ thread placed inside the „Reichsbank”.


Chapter IV: Apostle



Article 10.The guild member that has all the requirements will be promoted to the rank of Apostle:

a)He is currently a Bacon Crusader.

b)The level of his character is at least 140.

c)Has at least 30 days experience in Cabal.

d)Has social skills and is interested to involve in the Holy Roman Empire politics.

e)Has made a donation to the Guild Warehouse.

f)Has been registered on the forum for o minimum of four weeks .

Article 11.The Apostle will receive the rights and permission of the Bacon Crusader, the permission to withdraw items from the Guild Warehouse and become part of the Aulic Coucil.

Article 12.The Aulic Council shall have the maximum limit of 12 members and any current member may lose his position in favor for other more qualified members of the guild.


Chapter V: Heir

Article 13.The position of the Vice Guild Master or the „Heir”can be occupied by only one person.

Article 14.Any guild member that is part of the Aulic Council has the possibility to become the Heir of the Holy Roman Empire.

Article 15.The rank of Heir shall be given through elections that shall take place inside the Reichstag, on the last day of every month and shall be appointed on the first day of the month according to the results of the election.

Article 16.The Apostle has the right to vote for the Heir of the Holy Roman Empire but any self votes shall be considered null.

Article 17.The vote may only be valid if it has been added as a reply of the thread, containing the name of the Apostle for whom he may vote.

Article 18.The Heir will remain inside of the Aulic Council and benefit every permission given as an Apostle, but he shall also conduct the activity inside the Holy Roman Empire as the Emperor under an active LOA such as dismissing players or obtain the veto vote.

Article 19.In case if the Emperor will cease to continue any activity inside the game, he shall appoint the Heir as the new Emperor.
