I still haven't received the letter to send to them but I did reply to the number that continues to message me to sign the contract and my team leader ;

I'm already on a legal bounded contract with isgm that is valid for two years
Stop harassing me with constant emails in the middle of the night and constant text messages.
Once my contract is near to expire my legal representation will make sure your new contract is within the guidelines under the Independent Contractors Act 2006. And any other legislations that apply
I will be not working under terms where I will be performing work on terms that are 'unfair' or 'harsh'

Stop trying to put undue influence or pressure onto me to sign a contract when I'm already legal bounded to contract that's is valid and not due to expire
Well said frustrated
