All of us deal with with crap from ISGM, give me a few examples I think everyone needs to know what we're dealing with here, has anyone else had mising emails and documents off their toughbook eg. Evidence of ISGM breaching your contract, withdrawing holiday leave etc. Being bullied by team leaders? Talk about it here |

My team leader used to break my balls about valid returning futures even when they were at the end of the day. This is stupid as i know so many people always do it anyway. When i started and wanted to take a day off the TM would say 'well you owe me a day then' like i was his employee or something. Team leader not wanting to give ZZ rates for travelling to and from Sydenham to Woodend. Jobs audited where i hadn't put the onion bag over all the scotch locks so i was forced to go back and put the onion bag back on properly and send photos.... bit of a joke i know. ISGM constantly not filtering re=rolls were currently in the existing contract they are supposed to. they don't give a f*ck |

My number one current problem with the job. I get almost no ADSL jobs( i know some don't like doing them however i do), I work nearly every single saturday, and due to teh dodginess that goes on at On The Day... I get 90% ADSL on the weekend and therefore i hardly ever make weekend rates because there are no weekend rates for ADSL . bit of ajoke. |

Yeah man I know exactly what you mean, I was told I couldn't return ULL futures even if the customer wasn't home so your forced to do jobs on the day even when its not the appointment date.. Its stupid If we're contractors why should we owe ISGM a day especially when we call in sick, the company just doesn't makesense anymore, I've had a few TM's and none them ever approve ZZ rates especially when you're stuck on a fault for 4-5 hours in telstras shitty network.. I was just told you win some you lose some "I work in coburg everyday! I dont fucking win anything" and the unfiltered data, man it has ruined everyones chance of ever getting bonuses from ISGM as we have no control over customers not being home, and jobs prematurely being sent back out, so not only do we have to deal with that but the expectation is below 8% re-rolls and we have to guarantee our work in a network strewn with plastice bags I dont understand why they play that game with us, my main issue is sending half the technicians in say; THTN RSVR to CBRG GNRY and half the technicians in the adjacent areas back, they should just keep us all in one patch instead of sending everyone all over the place every day, the BGO's not even real, work dispatch manage all our work and they do what they like, so if your not on their good side your basically fucked, and because no one bows to their every whim, we're all in the same boat, but that doesn't even scratch the sides of how much shit we deal with |

Gents don't be fooled to sign new contract . Isgm management will target your company to sign contract with there term and conditions they will control us that's there strategy.let's stick together as we are going to apply more pressure on the install and fault rates coming soon. |

Unfiltered re-rolls is just Bullsh*t. Customer NIA's, wholesaler's reporting the job again for no reason, customer's not connecting their equipment back properly, multiple CNI joints on the same length, heavy downpours of rain - and more, How can we be penalized for these things! but we are!! Every job you start, just think it might only pay you half if these things happen |

I get emails at 12:00 midnight for the past week to sign this new contract. Is any one else getting it at this time It's 3:00am and still can't get to sleep Getting hassled to complete jobs when customer is NIA And then getting hassled why my re-rolls are high It's a !@#$ joke. Can't even reason with them or reach any type of conscious, it's getting to a point where I don't feel like a contractor or an employee, I feel like a !@#$ slave, give it some time and they will be coming out to see ya with a whip. My TM told me to look at my contract to see rerolls don't get filtered It actually rights on 7 day rerolls it will be Sent him a photo and he says "sorry that's not a document its a photo." I don't understand his thought process but everything we look at electronicly is a photo. And apparently i am miss reading what it writes but clearly it writes data source: filtered |
