Another thing I find interesting, until recently,ISGM emails to us were addressed to us by our personal name , they now make sure all correspondence is addressed to our company name, and will state words to the effect of "Happy Jacks Telephone Repairs pty ltd" needs to put in place procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again, we need to run this by any legal eagles we know, I am not sure if ISGM realised they could be liable for super etc or be exposed to legal action from subbies, seems suspicious, I don't trust anything they say or do. |

Average leaders inspire people to punch a time clock. Great leaders inspire industry and passion. Isgm leaders inspire there mangment to find every possible way to steal out of our pockets. They Concern them self' with whom they can assigning blame to, instead of taking responsibility of there incompetent behaviour. I don't understand what they where thinking with this new contract, There is a whole paragraph pretty much stating we can't take them to court for any liable reason if they chose to just get rid of us if they feel like it. They have dobbed them self's in saying you are intiteld to all of this but not after you sign this contract |

I spoke to a mate that went for a job as a Team leader in I & M at ISGM. In the interview they were very careful not to refer to subbies as people, but as companies. Sounds like they expect team leaders to treat subbies not as people but as business commodities to be used an abused.
