I reckon we should all get together, write up our own contract for all the subbies, take it to ISGM and tell
them, "This is our contract, this is what we want," and see if they would sign it.

1. KPI, any reroll performance must filtered data and reasonable threshold, for example : 14 day - 9%
2. Rates need to be set increase 3-5% every year;
3. Work cover: acceptable solution

Don't forget to only give them only a couple of weeks to review it, then put as much pressure on them as possible, threaten no fat cat salary unless they comply, make sure they suffer maximum stress so that they can pass it on to their families too....

4. Holiday and weekend payment should has 1.5 times as normal day. Work on holiday/weekend not compulsory, willing from cct.

Some of these so-called "Urban" exchange areas need to be upgraded to Urban Fringe. One example is Wandin in VIC. It is a joke how some these areas we have to work in are considered Urban only.

Just wondering how legitimate was it for Telstra to provide ISGM exclusive monopoly employment rights in Australian Copper Network.
Although ISGM refers to statements in their contract with Telstra we were never introduced to contents, so is this hidden info attracts their favour, or breaches Australian Law, or has criminal contents maybe??? We don't know.
