via email and post Recently we announced that we had signed a new ten year (5+5) Agreement with Telstra for the supply of installation and maintenance (I&M) and design and construction (D&C) services. This is a fantastic opportunity for ISGM and our subcontractors, providing a stable and positive platform for the future. In order to pass on the benefits of this extended agreement, ISGM invited I&M subcontractors to recontract with us for a fresh five year term (with a further option of up to 5 years) under a new Ticket of Work Standing Offer Agreement. We note that your company has decided not to join the thousand or so subcontractors that have already accepted the offer of a new Agreement. Some aspects of ISGM’s Agreement with Telstra come into effect on 1 December 2015. These changes have a flow on effect to all subcontractors. The purpose of this communication is to provide clarity on how this will affect your company. Effective 1 December · Your Company will continue to operate under its existing Ticket of Work Standing Offer Agreement with ISGM (until it expires or is terminated by either party under the terms of that Agreement). · The current schedule of rates under the existing Ticket of Work Standing Offer Agreement will continue to apply. (The 1.5% average rate increase under the new TOW Agreement will not be available.) · New key performance indicators (KPIs) will be introduced pursuant to clause 27 of your existing Ticket of Work Standing Offer Agreement (see copy of our letter to your company in the post below). If however your company has signed the new Ticket of Work Standing Offer Agreement in the last 24 hours, or your company does before the 1 December 2015, you will receive the new rates from 1 December and a sign-on incentive. Two Month KPI Moratorium As it is taking us longer than expected to get to each company to explain in detail how the new Agreement and KPIs (incentives and PIRs) will operate, we will provide a 2 month grace period in relation to PIR’s from 1 December 2015 to 31 January 2016. This will give your company an opportunity to ensure that its quality metrics are in line with expectations under the new KPI arrangements. Your Team Manager will be in touch with you shortly to provide data on your company’s performance and how the new KPIs (incentives and PIRs) will apply. Incentives earned under the new KPI arrangements will still be payable throughout the moratorium period. Once-off Sign-on Incentive To thank those subcontractors that sign on with us in a timely manner, ISGM will pay a once off $150 sign-on incentive to any subcontracting company that signs onto the new Agreement prior to 1 December 2015. If you have any queries regarding these changes please contact your ISGM Team Manager or email contracting@isgm.com.au. We are committed to working with our subcontractors to provide Telstra customers with the quality and professional service that they have come to expect from us over the past four years and we look forward to working with you in the future. Kind Regards Ben Stevens Chief Operations Officer - Telecommunications contracting@isgm.com.au Level 1, 417 St. Kilda Road Melbourne VIC 3004 Edited by FAIR GO, November 25, 2015, 5:57 pm.

Just got the same piece of crap emailed to me. Now we find Ben Stevens has put on his Santa suit & is handing out $150 to the "thousand or so subcontractors that have already accepted the offer of a new Agreement". I call bulldust. A desperate measure by ISGM management now trying to buy our signatures. |

So what it's saying is that regardless whether or not you sign the new contract they will enforce the changes they choose fit to change. So they choose to still enforce "fines" but yet they admit they won't give us any pay increase unless we sign, talk about pick and choose what they see fit...,sounds like the headmaster is punishing us and putting us all in the naughty corner. Haha I'd like to see how this tactic would hold up in the eyes of the law for retribution for not signing? I say everyone tonight hit the "decline" button on the contract to send a real message back to this schoolyard crap. $150? Wow I might sign and then retire.

Fellas isgm has just introduced this new kpi scheme without our consent, our agreement, our signature.I didnt agree to none of this and they just stepped in and said were ammending the old contract and you have no say, imagine what they will do in the coming future, please everyone think about what isgm is doing to your company and family. We must stop this together in unity as one. |

i think that everyone is shit scared to hit the decline button and believe if they don't it just shows that they have no courage to so, also i think that the decline button should be done all together as a bulk hit and that will send a clear message to isgm management
