Has anyone got an answer as to why ISGM made us pay toughbook insurances? And why do they demand to state for compliancy as "interested parties: ISG Management Pty Ltd", if they don't pay General Property Insurances? |

By the way, talking about toughbook, they've start tracing us by gps, especially for the new toughbook? Is that legal without our agreement? Or we've give the ISGM'/TELSTRA permission just I don't know? We are contractor, why we need work as employees from 8 to 5pm? |

I found it in old Field Operations Manual: "4.2.3 Test Accounts To enable the CCT to perform accurate assessment and testing on services requiring the use of a test account, Telstra will supply each CCT with a test laptop (Toughbook) in accordance with the Telstra Inputs Schedule with the appropriate test account equipment /software installed. All costs associated with the permitted use (as determined by Telstra) for these accounts will be borne by Telstra." It seems as if there is deliberate deception or fraud created by ISGM for previous contactual period. I haven't read the whole new contract yet, just some parts but I already know it is worse than previous one. |
