If I'm right, no matter we sign or not, the new KPI start apply on us now, shall we sue ISGM if they are really get money from us cause this unfair KPI policy?

Everyone please read and understand the changes of the new law and that isgm cant change and update the contract whenever they want.We never sat down with isgm to negotiate .This law protects us and we must not be scared to stand up to isgm and say no this is not acceptable. Everyone please dont be scared ,stand up to isgm ,tell them what you are doing is illegal and i wont work under these conditions. As time is going past the cracks are showing and we can all see what isgm is really all about.And how these managers,ceos can sleep at nite knowing what destruction they are causing to individuals and families is above me.I believe its called greeeeeeeed!!!!!!.

so these laws will be put in place by nov 2016. Is there a possibility to still fight do we have options?
