Guys send your letters in to the ATO I received response from ATO before Christmas. They are investigating my case against ISGM.
I have also heard by reliable source Work safe is also looking into their dogging practices concerning the latest contract
The more letters sent in by contractors (employees) then they will have to take notice

To whom it may concern,

I am employed under a contract for my services by ISGM Pty. Ltd. that are wholly or principally for labour, and all of my work is supplied by ISGM. It has come to my attention that ISGM Pty. Ltd should have been paying superannnuation contributions for me. This is despite the fact that ISGM Pty. Ltd ‘deem’ me to be a contractor and as such required me to quote an Australian business number (ABN) at the commencement of the contract. Despite this I believe that I am considered to be an employee for Superannuation guarantee purposes and I would like the ATO to investigate this matter and recover the outstanding amount that I believe should have been paid by ISGM P/L.

Yours sincerely,

Yours sincerely,
Cheers, FYI you need to remove the extra "n" in superannuation on the 2nd line before sending ;)
