I sent you and Bruce the following e-mail 06-06-09;

Bruce & Scott,

I know Seldon Real estate and some other investors bought the rail road bed but didn't know who to contact.
Are they going to be responsible for repairs now?
Anyhow - There is a large opening in the bridge that somebody could really get hurt in. Its probably 18 inches wide and 2 1/2 feet across. I found a long wooden box in the grass I put over the hole but it probably won't stay there long.
Well - Just thought somebody should know.
This is the second bridge in from Rt 51 heading towards Bridgewater.
