The signs have not been put up yet cause the volunteer who puts them up has not got to it. So sorry about that.. If we could get some more volunteers they might get up faster.
In NY snowmobiling we have more Monday Morning Quarterbacks than volunteers. I know this volunteer is getting near the end of my road with this sport. Just don't know what is going to happen after the few us say to hell with it. Oh well that will be someone else's problem. :banghead

All the volunteers pain staking efforts are greatly appreciated....I know by most riders....first hand by this one. My question wasn't intended to ruffle a “why isn't it done” it was more like “is this part of the trail in conflict with the land owner or something”. I have respect for the property owners that allow passage. Although I'm not sawing trees in the fall and building bridges I pull rocks and limbs covering the trail that fall during the season while I ride, many non volunteering riders do. If I see something unsafe while traveling ANY of the trails I travel in NYS I stop remove it if I can or mark it off if I can't to keep it safe for the next rider coming through. It's a matter of safety for everyone traveling through and it's a help to the groomers. I am sorry the content of my post was not more specific.
