The policy is that whatever the laws are on your site, the same applies here.

Politics are different here. Everyone gets votes equal to their fame. Mods get double, and Admins get triple. To gain fame, each MEMBER can vote up to 5 times on other people, granting -5 to +5 fame each time. This can only be done once per day, and unused fame votes are lost.

If you achieve 1500 fame, you can apply weekly for moderator status. However, mods/admins votes count double when doing such.
If you achieve 5000 fame, and have moderator status, you can attempt monthly to apply for admin status. Mod/admins count triple.

You must maintain at least 500 fame to keep moderator status. You must maintain 1500 fame to keep admin status. At -200 fame, you will be IP banned, so don't drop that low if you can help it. Further, the minimum votes for everyone is 25 except those who have negative fame, then 0. Further, anyone that votes negatively for the top admin receives five times the negative figure. Should his fame drop lower than 1500, the board will be deleted as well.

It's easy to make a player. Just provide a name and a picture, and your ready. No approval is needed.
Each player gets 1 free land. Just name it, and I will determine the element and composition it provides per post.
You only get three free characters initially, but there's always the chance you may earn new ones. The mods/admins will moderate that.

If you want to create a land, you need the right elements. Come here and post the name and picture, and I will say the cost to create the land.

If you want a building, just provide a name, forum location, and picture for the building, and I will say the point cost to develop such based on your current points.

Need a vehicle? Just provide a name, picture, and initial location where the vehicle will be. I will say the point cost for the vehicle.

Skills are physical based abilities the characters would use. for example, swordsmanship would grant you proficiency with that kind of weapon.

Magics are arcane based powers that generally use manna. It's usually difficult to regain manna, except by sleeping.

Effects are ongoing powers that affect playability. Not to be confused with Training, effects are more of a single-gain aspect.

Training is levels of quality. While there's infinite levels, each one is generally more expensive than the last upgrade.
Everything is unlocked via training, even interactions, making this crucially important.

If you want to create a joinable group, this is the place for it, but you need the right elements to develop it. Further, your require to provide a picture for the insignia of the group, along with 3-15 special properties that govern the group. Please state whether you want Open, Invite only, or Leadership Approval as well. It's also possible to earn your own permission masks for this league as well, but mods/admins can always see your lands.
