Shadow felt great, feeling the power surge within him. He exited the Valley of the Jedi, and went back to the surface of Ruusan. Just then, he spotted his sister, Aaida Elengis, standing in his way. She pulled out her lightsaber. Aaida looked at her brother, and noticed the he had already absorbed the power of the Force nexus. "So, Darth Shadow, you've succeeded in taking the power of the Force nexus. It's powers will do you no good. For I, Master Aaida Elgenis, will stop you." she said. "Aaida, my sister. We meet again, at last. Before, I was stopped by your Jedi friends. Now, it is just YOU and ME." said Lord Shadow, pulling out his two lightsabers. Aaida began attacking, and Shadow began retaliating. This battle would be long, but Aaida had faith that she could win. Shadow thought different. With the power of the nexus in his control, Shadow would easily win. Lightsaber clashed upon Lightsaber, and the fight raged for hours. But, Shadow found a weakness in her fighting style, and he exploited it. Shadow attacked her ribs, slashing at them. She yelled in pain, and was on her knees. He punched her on the top of her head, and knocked her out cold. He picked her up, and began walking away from the Valley. He returned to his ship, and received word from his apprentice that additional troopers of the Republic had landed. "My lord, the Republic has sent multiple incoming dropships all over the planet. What shall we do? Most of our men are dead." said Darth Xar. "Retreat, fall back. I have what I want." said Shadow as he went inside a shuttle, putting Aaida on a bed. He put her into force stasis, so she wouldn't wake up for another few hours. Just then, Shadow and his apprentice returned to their respective ships, and retreated into hyperspace. Just then, Aaida woke up, secretly pulling out her Lightsaber, cutting Shadow on his leg. He collapsed, and she ran away, escaping from his clutches. After making the jump to hyperspace, Shadow was approached by General Quelek Dule. He bowed, but Shadow told him to stand. "My Lord, I have an interesting proposition for you." said the General. "Yes? What is it, General?" asked Shadow. "I've noticed that the Sith Troopers have become old, and it's time to bring in the new. May I present to you, the Shadow Trooper Project. These troopers are advanced clone troopers and infantry exoskeletons that feature heavy plating that resembled the armor of a stormtrooper, powerful weapons, and jetpacks for increased flexibility and tactical advantage." he said. "And do you have a prototype of some kind?" asked Lord Shadow. "Yes, my Lord. I have a full demonstration ready on Kamino for you. All I need is your approval of the prototype, and I can being the Shadow Trooper Project." said General Dule. "Alright then, TO KAMINO!" said the Dark Lord to his pilots. They punched in the coordinates of Kamino, and set a course for the Wild Space planet.
